This is a beautiful location. When we arrived there after a long drive the place had not been cleaned. We had to change bed linens(which had hair on sheets and comforter) before we could go to bed. We had to clean toilet,kitchen and vacuum up pet hair. The cleaning lady said she had not been told we were coming in. The next day we had to leave for about 2 1/2 hours for her to clean then had to call her back the second day because of a lot of soap scum in bathtub. This was time taken out of 2 days when we were hoping to get to the beach early.The dates of our vaction were 7/31-8/07. I have asked for a partial reimbursement of our cleaning fee. As of this writing I have not received a partial reimbursement from owner nor have I received an apology. Other than these problems the condo is nice though old and the view/distance to ocean is excellent.
Recommended for:Pet owners, age 55+.
