Enjoy margaritas from your top floor balcony overlooking the Atlantic ocean, Robert Trent Jones golf course, salt water marsh and fountain lagoon - a cozy well appointed tastefully decorated villa offering 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with close proximity to all that Hilton Head Island has to offer will make your stay truly a memorable one.
My villa was redecorated October 2010 and includes refinements that only an owner occupied unit will have. Pergo wood floors, hard surface kitchen counters, a mirrored wall in living and dining room, etc.
Balcony is furnished with beautiful teak furniture ... a round table and 4 comfy teak chairs.
Living room amenities: a comfy cozy sleeper couch with overstuffed pillows, 2 high back upholstered chairs, a padded chest located next to the window with 2 pillows, with games stored inside is a great place to read a book, watch wildlife, golf etc. Binoculars are provided to aid your viewing the wildlife, ocean etc. A coffee table sits in front of the couch and has reading material, books on local birds and wildlife. The armoire holds a 27" flat tube stereo TV connected to a 5.1 surround sound home theater system, combination DVD VHS player, 5 disc CD player, docking station for your Ipod, connection for XM radio built in, several CD's for listening pleasure. The system produces amazing sound! A wall mounted weather station indicates temperature and humidity indoors and outdoors, moon phase, time, date, barometric pressure and even tries to forecast the weather!
Dining room amenities: a round glass table with candles and place mats, 4 padded chairs, desire ambience?... the dining room light is on a dimmer, bakers rack with marble top perfect for making margaritas, opening and pouring wine, hanging from the shelf above are white & red wine, gimlet, martini and margarita glasses, below is a wine rack, a basket with games, and nice collection of music CD's.
Kitchen amenities: Deluxe full size frost free refrigerator with ice maker, full size electric stove and oven, a new over the stove microwave with exhaust fan, working light and night light, deluxe dishwasher, garbage disposal, pull out sink faucet, white porcelain enamel sink, lots of cookware, dishes, glasses, silverware, knives, electric fry pan, electric mixer, blender, 4 slice toaster and programmable coffee maker.
The bedrooms each have TV's, clock radios, end tables, dressers, large closets with lots of hangers and for your sleeping pleasure the firm mattresses are topped with memory foam. The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed, ceiling fan with light controlled by a dimmer and bedroom #2 has 2 twin sized beds.
The bathrooms have new antique style lav faucets, vanities and a curved shower curtain rod in the Master Bath tub.
The entry has a drawer unit to store your shoes and a closet with cleaning supplies, iron and standard ironing board.
Included for you use are 2 boogie boards, sand castle tools, 3 beach chairs, beach umbrella, 2 tennis rackets and to sharpen your serve a practice basket full of tennis balls.

Just wanted to let you know that we all had a good time at your condo. It was just right for us and the view was beautiful. We really liked the fact that your place was situated closer to nature and was not among all the congestion but was only 5 - 10 minutes to anywhere on the island. It was an easy walk to the beach and the weather was beautiful.
