Emerald Beach Resort and Spa is the most luxurious beachfront vacation destination! This brand new 1300 square foot condo has been professionally painted and decorated with a mirrored wall in living and dining areas. This unit is beautifully furnished with up-scale furnishings and is equipped with everything you will need to make you feel right at home.
The living area is equipped with a 37" LCD flatscreen TV and DVD player and high speed internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with 3cm granite countertops, GE Profile appliances. Dining area seats 8 including breakfast bar.
The master bedroom has a king bed with one of the only bay window views of the beach, walk-in closet, and a 32" LCD flat screen TV with DVD player. The gorgeous master bath has a garden tub and separate shower unit with cultured marble double vanity top.
The second bedroom also has a king size bed and a 32" LCD flat screen TV with DVD player. This unit also has a second full bath, a bunk area with twin beds, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living area.
There is a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. This condo will sleep 6-8 comfortably.
Included are full concierge services, beach front pool and hot tub with tiki bar, rooftop pool and hot tub, and sports bar located in the walkover from the parking garage. Beach Service is also available.
Relax in style while overlooking the spectacular view of the beach and beautiful Gulf of Mexico from our 7th floor balcony. With use of the 4 high speed elevators located right outside our door, you are only seconds from the beach or pool.
Enjoy a cup of coffee at Starbucks located on the 1st floor or enjoy a drink at the Sports Bar located in the walkover. We are located about 1 mile from the new Pier Park.
