Located directly on fabulous award-winning Crescent Beach, home of the "finest, whitest sand in the world"! Both bedrooms, living room/dining room, and kitchen have awesome views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sandy beach. You can sit on your 28 foot screened lanai and have your breakfast, lunch, or dinner while relaxing to the sounds of the surf. Complex has two heated pools(one is rare and directly on the Beach with Full Gulf Views!!!), private beach with lounge chairs, and clubhouse.
The condominium has just been redecorated with brand new showers and bathtub and fixtures, ceramic tile, new furniture, new carpet, new ceilings, three televisions/VCRs *(one NEW FLATSCREEN HDTV with DVD)*,WIRELESS INTERNET, window treatments, bedding, and linens. There is also a new washer and dryer in the unit and a full kitchen which is fully stocked. Unit includes new beds with one King in Master bedroom and two double beds in Guest bedroom. Also new Queen sleeper sofa bed in Living Room.
When you are saturated with sun and fun, there are lots of restaurants and shops only minutes away. Also, Sarasota is famous for its arts and culture, including the Ringling Museum, Asolo Theater, Opera House, and Van Wezel Performing Arts Center. If you want golf or tennis, there are scores of golf courses and tennis courts nearby.

This condo is as beautiful as the pictures. It is clean and well maintained. The location is perfect. The owner is very nice. We will be back next year.

What a great Condo.... I went on a girls trip with my best friends and we had a fantastic time. We loved the condo.. it was spacious, clean and well stocked with everything that we needed....The beach was beautiful and there were enough chairs for everyone. My favorite thing to do was sit on the balcony and watch the sunset. A perfect view....I can't wait to go again next year.....I would reccomend this place to everyone just not the week that we are going to be there....

What a great condo! We have vacationed in Siesta Key for the last 4 years and love it there. I was so presently surprised when we arrived in our condo. It was nicely decorated and spacious in the living areas. What I didn't expect was how well equiped it was. There were so many games, puzzles, books for my children to do when we weren't on the beach. And for the beach...the front closet was full of toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, and floaties! I know that often things are left by renters because they are unable to take many things back with them when flying, but it is so nice to have those things available. The smallest thing that made me smile was the colorful frosty mugs in the freezer! Thank you for a great stay!

our family had a great time in your condo during our week! the condo was well furnished, the beds were comfortable,the view was outstanding.we saw dolphins in the early mornings and had a blast diving for sand dollars and shells and just walking the beach.your condo was everything we could have asked for. it was a very relaxing vacation and the unit was perfect for our family of four! thanks for the great memories! we will definitely be back next year. [if not sooner!]

Every year we have a Girls Trip and we have stayed at so many condos we have lost count. This condo has surpassed any condo we have ever rented. The condo is beautifully decorated, and in pristine condition. The condo was well stocked which was a pleasant surprise. The pool area was nice but the beach was breathtaking. We loved that there were plenty of chairs provided by the building for us to use at the beach. The location was safe and the entire building was well maintained. There was plenty of local restaurants and many conveniences nearby. I would recommend this unit to anyone including friends and family and I look forward to staying here again.

I would recommend this condo to family and friends. The condo is nice, and there is plenty of room. Our family of five was very comfortable here. Also, this was one of the most well-stocked condos I've ever stayed at. In an age where you are nickel and dimed to death for everything, what a pleasant surprise to open the cabinets and see many linens and towels. There is a wide variety of childrens' books, movies, dvd's, games, and beach toys available. We've had such a great time during our fall break. And of course it goes without saying, the beach here is absolutely beautiful.
