This house was absolutely perfect. Literally steps away from the beach. The huge patio overlooking the waves and the sunset made for perfect meals and drinks! The beds were super comfy, the house was very clean and it felt like home. Thank you Rupert! Everything was wonderful.

This place is fantastic. The covered patio is virtually on the beach, yet it is elevated so you have privacy if you want it. We spent much of our time there sitting on the lanai watching surfers, whales, and the surf while relaxing in the lounge chairs. Many walks up and down the beach during the day and night convinced us that Rupert's place is the best on the beach. The beds are very comfortable, sporting excellent memory foam pads. This was very important to us as we were there for 2 weeks. There are plenty of dishes and cooking utensils to cook just about any kind of meal you can think of. Great BBQ on the deck so you can cook up your favorite cut while watching the sunset. There is no doubt that we will be returning in the future.

I couldn't dream up a better place. A walk to pipeline with coffee in hand, bike ride to Ted's for breakfast, and just enjoying the house. Loved it. Been twice and hope to go more. Thank you for sharing.

We had the Best time at Rupert's Sunset Beach house. The house is very cozy and clean. 7 steps to the sand - it does not get any better and the beach is nearly empty. Unbelievable sunset's every night. We look forward to coming back soon. Thank you for everything !

Rupert, Thank you for your perfection in creating a marvelous vacation home. My wife, two children and I were 100% satisfied with our vacation. For the three weeks we were there we enjoyed snorkeling, boogie boarding, biking, Ted's Bakery, Haleiwa, rock jumping, swimming with turtles and early happy hours! This was definately a memorable experience in which our return will be guaranteed. I could appreciate being away from the highway only to hear the relaxing surf. The locals were all welcoming in which you can't get from a resort area. We can't wait to return! Thanks Again and please welcome us back.

Rupert has one of the nicest, best kept properties I have ever seen. It has everything you could possibly need and everything is TOP NOTCH! Very clean, great view and I LOVED THE HOT TUB!!!! LOL!
