In the dining room you will find design lighting, equipped kitchen with granite counters, island with wine cooler, large cabinets to store your every treat, Viking fridge, laundry room and more. Full bathroom made out of lahia stone serving the living area. A third bedroom featuring twin beds, fan, a/c, flat screen TV, closet and full bathroom.

In the upper floor you will enjoy the marvelous master bedroom, with a lovely his/her bathroom, walk-in closet made out of Mahogany wood, lounge, master bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, a/c, fan, flat screen TV, satellite dish, terrace covered by a large palapa and infinity pool.
