Spacious, 3500 square foot post and beam home with an open floor plan, three floors of living space and spectacular views of Lake Sunapee and Mt Sunapee from expansive deck and all rooms with southern exposure. (NOT on the Lake, No private/deeded lake access)
First floor includes kitchen with island bar and breakfast table, separate dining area open to roof and 2nd and 3rd floor landings, a living room with fieldstone fireplace, den with Cable TV/hi-speed internet connection and DVD player, full bath (shower, no tub) laundry room,large entry foyer and wrap-around deck accessible from dining area and living room. Second floor has master w/ king bed and bath, two guest bedrooms (one w/ queen bed, other with extra long twin beds and regular twin trundles) and another full bath (double sinks and separate soaking tub and shower in each bath).
Two more bedrooms (one w/ queen, other with 2 twins) on the third floor.
Secluded location, at the end of a quiet gravel road, but only two miles or less to Sunapee Harbor, town and state beaches and Mt Sunapee Ski Resort ).
