2010 SPRING BREAK RENTAL $2500/wk: This is a luxury condo with all the amenities. Ski valet, Papillon Spa, excellent restaurant, complementary shuttle to the center of Park City, Deer Valley, and local venues. Master bedroom has its own jetted tub and steam shower. Second bedroom, en suite, has a separate kitchen, which makes it perfect for kids or teens. Some have private hot tubs on the balconies. Kitchens are fully furnished: refrigerator, stove, microwave, utensils and linens. You can order your groceries in advance for a fee, and the kitchen will be fully stocked when you walk in the door. Drop your bags, brew some hot chocolate, and sit by the fire looking out at the mountains - The Canyons ski resort is 35 minutes from Salt Lake City airport!
The ski valet will keep your skis overnight, and even dry your boots and gloves. In the morning, the valet will take your skis/boards to the gondola; you have only a short walk frm the resort to the gondola, and your skis/boards will be there waiting for you. A map of the resort area is attached.
The Canyons amenities include the open-air forum where you can find apres-ski and concerts, plus restaurants, ski and board rental, ticket sales, ski school, ski/board and clothing retail, small grocery and day-care. The Canyons ski area has 3700 acres of terrain,8 peaks, 17 lifts, 3700 acres of terrain, 3 terrain parks, and 7 natural half-pipes (our family's favorites). Why the Owner Chose Westgate
We chose to buy a vacation property at The Canyons for several reasons. When we first started travelling out west to ski every year, the boys were small, so logistics mattered. From the East Coast, you can leave your house in the morning, and turn the key in the door of your rental property at 1:00 in the afternoon. The rental units are large and well-equipped, with privacy for the adults, but plenty of room for kids and their friends. We've had whole families, friends and relatives, stay with us.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The Canyons, and Westgate, offer a variety of amenities. The Canyons resort encompasses a retail area with ski shops, restaurants and spas. If you ski hard all day, and just want to relax by your fireplace at night, you can. If you feel like roaming, the Park City area is serviced by a free shuttle travelling among the three ski resorts (The Canyons, Deer Valley, and Park City)as well as all the town amenities. Westgate also runs a complimentary van. They will take you to the movies, restaurants, or the grocery store, then come and get you when you're finished; all you have to do is ask. Local attractions include hot air balloons, a tubing park, horseback riding, vintage train rides, dog sleds, and snow mobiling.

We first came to The Canyons in Park City almost 10 years ago. We have skiied many mountains in the American West, the Northeast, and in Europe, but we come back to The Canyons year after year. Our sons learned to ski/board on a family mountain in upstate New York when they were ages three and four, respectively. Now we live in Florida,and they are both over six feet tall - but they can't wait to get on the snow during spring break!
