We stayed here back in April of 2010 and I am finally getting around to writing a review as I know how important reviews are for me when I am renting. This condo was beautiful, very clean, well appointed, and nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. Mr. Mann was super easy to work with, checked in with us upon our arrival to make sure all was well, and was very responsive overall. We really enjoyed Splash and our two girls (ages 7 and 4) had an absolute blast in the pools and the beach. We would definitely rent this condo again in the future.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The Splash Resort is extremely nice and is a great place to stay for children and adults.This is a wonderful condo and the owner, Mr. Mann, was most helpful with everything! Absolutely No Complaints!!! My family and I loved the resort and the beautiful condo is just awesome. I would recommend any family looking for a great vacation to stay at Splash and rent from Mr. Mann. We will be back every year!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This was a wonderful place to stay. We have 2 small kids and SPLASH kept them entertained. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable, very nicely decorated, and the balcony view was awesome. Mr. Mann was easy to work with and very nice. We will be coming back to visit his condo again.

This was the best and easiest experience I have ever had renting a condo. Mr. Mann is great, he answered my emails quickly. We went straight to the condo upon arrival and punched in our code. It was very nice not to have to get a key etc. Everything we needed was there when we walked in. Also, the condo is beautiful, we had a great time. Also, may I add the 5th floor is just right!
