  • This was a wonderful place to stay. We have 2 small kids and SPLASH kept them entertained. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable, very nicely decorated, and the balcony view was awesome. Mr. Mann was easy to work with and very nice. We will be coming back to visit his condo again.

  • This was the best and easiest experience I have ever had renting a condo. Mr. Mann is great, he answered my emails quickly. We went straight to the condo upon arrival and punched in our code. It was very nice not to have to get a key etc. Everything we needed was there when we walked in. Also, the condo is beautiful, we had a great time. Also, may I add the 5th floor is just right!
