The villa is located in the Costa Brava just 64 kilometers (40 miles) north of Barcelona. Excellent train service and good roads put all of Spain's and Southern France's attractions within easy reach.
This spacious, 5000-square-foot villa was built in 1994. All of the rooms are air-conditioned and heated. The Villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The villa is situated on a hillside amidst a pine grove in a private residential area with 24-hour security service. Residents may use the clubhouse and facilities, such as the Olympic-sized pool, the tennis courts, and the restaurant overlooking the beach. This beach is one of the quietest and most secluded of the Costa Brava.
All rooms in the house have sea views, double-glazed windows with screens, and the entire house is tastefully decorated with quality furnishings, mostly antiques, including some pieces you would never expect to find in a rental property. As the house is built on a hillside, all floors have separate entrances.
LAYOUT:
Ground floor: a garage for two cars.
Top of the garage: A Studio apartment.This Studio has two large windows with clear ocean views,a full kitchen,a queen sized bed,a large TV and music system.A 12 foot bench and a full bath.
First floor: The Common area for all units is backed by a 500 square foot living room,kitchenette,fireplace living/dining room, and bathroom. A 30-foot by 15-foot tiled swimming pool offers unobstructed views of this lovely part of the Mediterranean Sea. This pool area is equipped with longe chairs and umbrellas.
Second floor: This level has two bedrooms with queen-sized beds.Both bedrooms have full bathrooms. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with every imaginable appliance and gadget. The living room and dining room are fully furnished with beautiful antiques, plus a fireplace,and a large TV. In addition, there is a 20-foot by 20-foot tiled outdoor terrace with an electrically-operated shade awning.
Third floor:Suite A : A gracious master suite with a king-sized bed, fireplace, large TV with satellite, a full bathroom with sunken tub and jacuzzi jets, a separate shower stall, a toilet and bidet stall, and two sinks all clad in attractive marble. There is an antique writing desk and a large sofa, making more like a little apartment of its own, and the entire length of the 60m2 room is glassed in with sliding doors opening onto a large tiled terrace overlooking the Mediterranean and the pool below.
Third floor:Suite B : Another beautifull suite with a king sized bed,fireplace,large TV,full bathroom with jacuzzi tub, a separate shower stall,toilet,bidet and sink.There is a full kitchen/dining area and a sofa. This great 550 square foot suite has a beautifull terrace (with a large awning) overlooking the ocean.
The owner is available for tours and sightseeing in his native Catalunya.No smoking inside the villa.No pets. No small children (for safety reason)
