In the summer, there are many fun parks (Storyland, Attitash); spend days playing and swimming at the beach (just minutes down the street) and have easy access to shopping, food, movies, miniature golf, Swift River, hiking, White Lake, and other fun things to do in the Valley.

In the Fall, enjoy the colors aroudn the house and take in breath-taking scenary by driving a short while.

In the winter, you have many mountains to choose from, most are within an hour's drive. King Pine, an excellent starter mountain for the kids, is only 11 minutes away! Cranmore, another excellent Kid's Mountain - only 15 minutes; Attitash/Bear Peak - 35 minutes; Bretton Woods - 55 minutes; Loon - 1:15 minutes; Scenic drives all the way! Then relax and grab a great meal in North Conway on the way back.

In season, relax and have coffee on the deck during sunrise. All seasons - have a beautiful view of the mountains and ponds. Hike up to the top of the street for a sweeping view of the three area ponds and surrounding lakes.

Comfortable, with all the features of home (TVs, VCR, DVD, board games, chess set) and a full kitchen for those who like to cook! Now with Internet access - so bring your laptop to stay in touch with work and/or let the kids bring their Xbox 360 for on-line game playing.
