  the condo was beautiful. It is even more attractive than the pictures show. The owners have spent a lot of time and money creating a beautiful, well appointed unit. Everything is coordinated and there is a lot of nicely framed art in the condo. We were pleased with the quality of the cleaning since it would have passed a white glove inspection. There were a few marks on the pantry wall but who sits around staring at the pantry?? Everything was in excellent working order, there wasn't any problem with anything. Check in was a breeze, the owners use a company called Panama City Fl Resorts. They were very easy to work with. cheerful when we arrived and the one time we called, some problem with the wifi they were attentive and courteous. Problem was related to the resort not the condo and it was quickly resolved. We liked the things to do book and the website. Both were nice resources. We would strongly recommend this condo and do plan on returning ourselves. We enjoyed the fabulous beach front, the pools, the convenience store and deli, There are also tennis courts and a SMALL exercise room with treadmill and weights. St. Andrews State Park is close, we enjoyed the small amusement park for the kids, about a mile from this condo and we loved going to Captain Andersons Marina. We did go out to Pier Park. it's not as close to this condo as some but it was easy to get to and even during a busy time of the year, it only took about 15 minutes to get there becuase the owners suggested the "locals" route and advised us to stay off Front Beach Road as much as possible. That was great advice.

  We had a great time staying in Gulf Interlude at the Dunes of Panama. My family of five shared the condo after a disappointing trip elsewhere. We planned 2 weeks this year and made arrangements to stay in a condo in Daytona. We had a nice time there in spite of much less than desirable accomodations. We were nervous when we arrived in Panama City because of the bad experience we'd just had. We were relieved and THRILLED once we checked into Gulf Interlude. It is a beautifully decorated, well cared for, detailed and CLEAN condo. Everything was great. We had plenty of room, the condo was spotless, the decor is current and up to date but clearly a beach decorated unit. How could it not be when it has such an amazing, beautiful view of the beach. We enjoyed morning and evening shows put on by pelicans, dolphins, the sunsets and of course the Gulf. The owners had thought of everything a guest could want and provided for it. There management company, Panama City Florida Resorts, made our check in very easy, they were helpful, gave us plenty of contact information although we didn't need to call or email about anything and our deposit came back exactly like they said it would. We're still trying to get the deposit back from our other trip. Thank you Thank you Thank you. I think next time we may just plan to spend the entire time at this condo, we had a wonderful time. We already made a reservation for this condo for our Easter trip.

  My familty just returned from PCB and we stayed here at the Gulf Interlude. The room was as described and was very comfortable and was suitable for our stay. The Master bedroom was very spacious, bed comfortable and the view from the Master Bedroom's private balcony when waking in the mornings was beautiful. The room was clean and the owner and agents were helpful and pleasant to work with. We saw dolphins several mornings while having our morning coffee and even saw one jump totally up out of the water and then dive back in....awesome! We would stay here again.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  We absolutely love the Dunes and the surrounding area, very quiet and relaxing. This condo is beautiful, very clean and has two bedrooms that provide a lot of privacy. Best of all you don't hear any noise from surrounding neighbors. It is in the E building (the newest building). Owner and rental company are very easy to work with and very helpful. Excellent communication. We would definitely rent again. I noticed in the guest book one particular family has rented the same condo during the Winter months for 9 or 10 years in a row. This condo is great for anyone and worth checking out. Thanks again for all of your help, we truely enjoyed staying in this unit.

  We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful condo for our March 2008 spring break vacation. We have traveled to Panama City beach for several years and this is the first time we have stayed in a condo and we were so pleased with our stay. The check in was so easy, the condo was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, the views were breathtaking, and the owner was so attentive and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was stress free. Thank you so much for everything, we will definitely stay here again as soon as we can get away! Book this condo with confidence, you will not be disappointed! The Tingle Family.

  We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo during our May visit. We are looking forward to another week in the fall. The unit is really pretty and as the Murray's wrote, it's obvious the owners have taken great pride in decorating and furnishing the unit. Thanks. We look forward to our next visit. The beach is beautiful and the beach services did everything except tan for us :)
