Waterfront townhouse condominium perfectly located for boat access to the Gulf of Mexico, Charlotte Harbor, and Pine Island Sound. Great fishing and short access to Boca Grande, Captiva Island, Sanibel Island, Cabbage Key, Cayo Costa State Park, and Usseppa Island.

An island paradise with many on-site amenities. Tropical setting with two heated swimming pools, gazebo on the bay, tennis courts, 400 foot fishing pier, marina store with bait and fuel, boat ramp, and boat dockage outside your door.

Recently renovated building with a full kitchen, room for six to sleep, and a lanai overlooking Jug Creek. New furniture and conveniences added.

                            Short stay but enjoyable, with unit as shown in the photos. Amenities lists unscreened lanais, but off l/r and mstr. b/r both now screened. Faces east, so lovely morning coffee view of canal and Jug Creek. While we didn't use it, the kitchen is fully furnished and equipped...just bring vittles. Two pools, tennis courts, boat ramp, and scenic walking to end of road. Four Winds Marina two minutes by car. Restaurant, fishing guides, ships store. Look forward to returning next Summer. Owner was helpful in booking and communication. Cannot say the same for the realty rep., but that did not detract from our stay.
