Located in "Million dollar mile" surrounded by beautiful homes with sidewalk for walking/jogging. Centrally located to activities and various points of interest, note: golf, restaurants, live entertainment, shopping, mini golf, etc.
Unit is brightly painted with comfortable sofa & recliner, comfortable new beds, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, new kitchen supplies, 2 full baths with hairdryers in each. Balcony is furnished with high pub chairs & table as well as adirondack chairs for comfort. Bedrooms each have large TV and living room has new flat screen TV. Condo has DVD,VCR,CD Players. Wireless Internet & free Long Distance phone calls to all USA & Canada are provided.
Rental fee includes all linens, towels (except beach towels) and housekeeping fee after you vacate. Bring your own paper towels, disposable cups and paper plates if needed. Personal toiletries not provided. All weekly renters for months June 13th thru October 3rd, 2009 will be offered a free week off season months Nov., Dec.,& Jan. & Feb.2010.

Just a note for inquiring guests. Our condo has a guest book on premises and, therefore, I imagine our guests do not feel the need to enter additional comments online. So far, all our guests have been more than pleased and some are yearly repeaters. I can honestly say, our condo is "a cut above" with all the ammenities we offer.
