Beautifully landscaped grounds, with 2 large pools and 2 gated hot tubs set amongst the palm trees. Private parking for guests.
CENTRAL HEAT/AIR CONDITIONING
Located in "Million dollar mile" surrounded by beautiful homes with sidewalk for walking/jogging. Centrally located to activities and various points of interest, note: golf, restaurants, live entertainment, shopping, mini golf, etc.
Unit is brightly painted with comfortable sofa & recliner, comfortable new beds, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, new kitchen supplies, 2 full baths with hairdryers in each. Balcony is furnished with high pub chairs & table as well as adirondack chairs for comfort. Bedrooms each have large TV and living room has new flat screen TV. Condo has DVD,VCR,CD Players. Washer/Dryer use for additional 10.00 charge(renters choice - can use coin machines on second floor). Wireless Internet & free Long Distance phone calls to all USA & Canada are provided.
Rental fee includes all linens & towels (except beach towels)and one time housekeeping fee after you vacate. Bring your own paper towels, disposable cups and paper plates if needed. Personal toiletries not provided. Note, we have now enlarged and remodeled both bathrooms for guests comfort.

My husband and I were at this property from the middle of January to the first of March 2011 and we had a very relaxing time since they have made their guests feel like they were at home. Loved the two full baths and the central heat (no air this time of the year!!) was great. No noise from it!! My husband especially liked the recliner!!! I loved the free long distance since a member of my family was in the hospital, so I could keep in touch. The condo was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this property to all especially since we have been coming to Myrtle Beach since 1974 and have stayed at other properties. The owners are just great and friendly which is a plus. Thank you to Madeline and George! Love you guys!

We enjoyed our extended weekend in this unit. Everything was excalty as described. It was nice walking into a clean unit with beds that were already made & leaving without having to do any cleaning. The owners were excellent to work with!! The AC went out while we were there & they responded quickly. Loved the location, quiet & relaxing. We enjoyed the Acquarium on the only day of rain & The Hard Rock Cafe! Will defintely stay here again!!

I have stayed at other units at ocean forest in the past and this unit was a cut above most of the others. The central heat and air, free wireless internet, free long distant calling ( we called home and family several times),and enlarged master bath were enjoyable plusses. Unit was clean and well maintained and the one minor problem we had was handled by Madeline (the owner) and Bob (her maintainence guy) the same afternoon. I would surely recommend this property. Ocean Forest Villas is located in a quiet area of Myrtle Beach but downtown, Broadway at the Beach, shows and restaurants are all within a few minutes. For a good hamburger in a fun atmosphere try River City just north of Ocean Forest.

Just a note for inquiring guests. Our condo has a guest book on premises and, therefore, I imagine our guests do not feel the need to enter additional comments online. So far, all our guests have been more than pleased and some are yearly repeaters. I can honestly say, our condo is "a cut above" with all the ammenities we offer.
