THE MAIN LEVEL EXUDES MOUNTAIN ELEGANCE... the vaulted Great Room with 52' Plasma Television and Surround Sound adjoins the Gourmet Kitchen and is surrounded by spectacular views of Deer Valley Mountain Resort. The Dining Room and Covered Deck complete the open floorplan making it ideal for family gatherings or corporate entertaining. The first of two beautifully appointed Master Bedroom Suites is located on the main level offering a gas fireplace, 32' LCD Flatscreen, premium bedding and a luxurious spa bath. The main level Guest Suite offers a kingsize bed, 24' television and private bath as well.
THE LOWER LEVEL IS A FAMILY AND ENTERTAINMENT SANCTUARY... sure to excite children and adults alike. The living area is the perfect spot for movie viewing on the 52' Plasma Television with surround sound. The entertainment area features a wet bar, championship pool table, and game room offering a variety of arcade and video games for all to enjoy! Retreat to the covered patio for a relaxing rest in the 7-man hot tub. Four additional bedrooms complete the lower level including a Master Suite with 32' LCD Flatscreen, fireplace and spa bath with steamshower, a second Bedroom with two fullsize beds and pull-out trundle, a third bedroom with two fullsize beds, and a fourth with two queensize beds. Each bedroom has a 24' television, premium bedding, large dressers, ample closet space, and private bath.

I stayed in this home in Dec 2007 when Dana the mayor of Park City came and married me and my now husband of 5 years. We got married in front of those big windows with the million dollar views. This is the perfect house, I would not change a thing if this was my own home. Im not sure if my favorite part is the amazing showers or the heated flooring in the kitchen.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This was a perfect home and setting for our family gathering! Fresh mountain air with plenty of hiking and running trails! Can't beat sitting in the hot tub and having a mother deer and her 2 fawns walk right by you in the yard!!!!! Highly recommend!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Once in a lifetime trip with kids and grandkids. This house was perfect for the 12 of us. It had all of the amenities we could have asked forRecommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We had three families - 6 adults and 9 kids - stay during Spring Break 2012. The house is beautiful and exactly as described. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The on-site property manager was able to come over when we had a few questions (i.e. where are extra paper towels, how do you work remotes). The owner was very accommodating with our pre-stay questions. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Deer Valley.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Hi Jodi - Just getting settled back home and I wanted to drop you a note regarding our stay. The house was great - very comfortable and beautifully furnished. After a day full of activities, we looked forward to coming back to the house, cooking a great meal ( my wife loved the kitchen ),and relaxing in front of the fireplace. Even my teenage girls liked " hanging out " with Mom and Dad. On our last day, while we were packing up the car, a moose casually walked down the driveway looking for some leaves to snack on. Jodi, I wanted to let you know that we LOVED the house in Deer Valley – my friends thoroughly enjoyed the location and the beautiful accommodations – I got an A+ from my friends for renting such a great home – I hope to be able to rent it again in the future – would be a great place to go with say three other couples. Hi Jodi, The house was spectacular and it gave us the opportunity to have lots of friends and family over to spend quality time together. We cooked together and entertained for so many people that we don't get to see because we live in so many places. Even my mom spent time in the game room with my kids. . One day we saw a moose with her two young children from the back deck -- that was amazing. I cannot believe how special the house is. It is beyond anything I have seen before. It was hard to leave. We will be back next summer!! There were so many smiles on our family's faces -- that meant the world to me. Everyone could spend time together and have lots of space to do that in. I was able to have my new in laws stay with us and enjoy some time with us and the kids. They loved it. They are both 80 and still working doctors so for them to relax -- well that is a miracle.
