Great room is open to the kitchen - Park City Rental Woodside Avenue This historic miner's house is an ideal location for Sundance Film Festival, Park City ski vacations and summer rentals in Park City. It was fully renovated in 2001, yet still retains its warm cabin flavor. At 2400 square feet with 4 bedrooms (two suites), 3.5 bathrooms, sleeping loft, and a study w/futon, it is ideal for large families and groups. The home sleeps up to 14 people in the following bedding configuration: - Master suite with Queen bed, ensuite bathroom - 2nd suite with Queen bed, ensuite bathroom - 3rd bedroom with two twin beds - 4th bedroom (upstairs) with Queen bed - Sleeping loft (adjoins 4th bedroom) with Queen sleeper sofa - Den (main level) with futon - Living room with Queen sleeper sofa Three bedrooms are on the main level, along with the kitchen, living room, two full baths and one half-bath. This home offers a small side fenced yard where kids can play in the grass. There is a BBQ grill there for guests to use. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, deck, hot-tub, cable TV/DVD/stereo, washer/dryer, 2-car garage and a short driveway for additional parking. The home is located on Woodside Ave and backs up to Park City Mountain Resort's Quitten' Time ski run (a "Blue" run). The home is a short ski (weather/snow-permitting) or walk to the nearby Town Lift, less than 500 feet (7 houses) away. Park City Main Street is just steps away. At the end of the day, ski to your back door and relax in the private, gated hot tub. Afterwards, take the city stairs in front of the house down to Historic Main Street. Enjoy all the shops, fine restaurants, and nightlife it has to offer. This home is in the ideal location for the Sundance Film Festival.
