Perfect for Families/Entertaining: Great room includes full kitchen with new refrigerator and new oven, counter that seats 4, dining room table that seats 8-10 and living room area with gas fireplace and television. The entire gang can easily cook, play cards and visit together in one great room. The house has wireless internet and two televisions with expanded cable channels.

The house has been recently remodeled with new carpeting and interior paint. The addition of a bonus room in back of the house provides kids or adults a private suite with their own double sink bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need, microwave, wine glasses, blender, coffee pot, crab crackers and marshmallow skewers. We provide beach toys, puzzles and board games. BBQ on the back deck or play a game of Bocce Ball on the back lawn. Beach wagon, chairs, blankets and toys are provided. Even a Play-n-Pack crib can be found in middle bedroom's closet!

Perfect Location: Everything is within walking distance. One block to the beach, ideal for bon-fires, kite flying, sandcastle building, or a stroll to famous Haystack Rock. One block to town, featuring wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, live theater, spa and unique shops. Family arcade activities, aquarium, movie theater, putt-putt, go-carts, etc. can be found in Seaside, the town 12 miles north. Several hiking trails, lighthouse/museums are also within driving distance.

Our family rented this house when my son was getting married. The house had lots of room for 3 families and was close to town and close to the wedding site on the beach. Everything was just as it was shown in the photos. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a fabulous time in your beautiful home. Weather was perfect and we could not have asked for a more supplied home! You thought of absolutely everything. Our entire family decided this should be our 1st annual vacation. We are planning next year for sure. Thank you.

We were lucky enough to find this perfect beach house. Thank for all the extras - we made good use of all the sand toys, karaoke machine. S'Mores on the beach, Haystack Rock and renting fun cycles. We had a wonderful time and want to return.

What a fun place to stay. The 18 month olds had a blast in the sand and the mommies had fun shopping during nap time! :) We'll definitely come stay again, lots of wonderful memories made.

We come here every year for spring Break, but this has BY FAR been the most amazing. This is all because of your house. All the cousins enjoyed a daily karaoke night, many many movies, home-made meals, tons of games late at night in the loft and much family time. How about the location....couldn't get ANY better. Just outside the driveway, you walk straight and you're at the beach. Just to the right, TOWN! I can't tell you how many times my cousins and I walked/ran to town or to the beach. From a run first thing in the morning to a late night walk. Thank you for providing all of this that made our trip the best one ever!

We had a fantastic vacation and your house was perfect for our family. The kids all slept in loft and mom could have a quiet evening by just closing the door to their room! The kitchen was filled with the essentials and there was never a dull moment. thank you for providing us with a backdrop for a memorable family reunion.

We had a BLAST! The house was more than we could have expected. Our kids had a blast too! Thanks for making our 4th wedding anniversary in Cannon Beach the best one ever! We will be back next summer for sure!

We love this house! It is very cute and comfy. We love how close it is to the beach! Thanks for the taffy! We were here to celebrate our parent's 25th wedding anniversary and what a way to celebrate.

Our family, 1 1/2 to 50 years olds, had a great time. We played at Haystack Rock, built a fire on the beach, visited Long Beach & Seaside. When we got back "home" here we loved it. Our grandson always said "Let's go back to our beach house." All the extras were great, you thought of everything. Thanks so much!

We were all very pleased with this place. Location, amenities, comforts...I only wish I could turn back the clock 30 years and regain my pyso board (skim board) skills!
