This brand new 5 star beachfront resort "Waipouli Beach Resort" is the Premier destination on Kauai, it was awarded the "2006 Parade of Homes Award of Excellence".
It is located on the beach of the Coconut Coast of Kauai, approximately 10 miles from the airport and 5 minutes from the historic town of Kapaa. It is only a 15/20 minute drive to Poipu's southshore and a 20/25 minute drive to renowned Princeville on the northshore. The resort features a fabulous soft water winding river pool with waterslides, waterfalls and 3 sand bottom spas, a snack bar and a beachfront restaurant.
The 3rd floor 2 bedroom/3 bath luxury condominium (sleeps 2-6) and has a mountain view, is located close to the elevator and main entrance. You are only steps away from the pool. The living room has a convertible queen sofabed for additional sleeping accommodations in addition to the King and queen master suites. Both bedrooms and living room are equipped with wall mounted flat screen LCD TV's and a DVD player. The Bedrooms are furnished to offer maximum comfort with "Simmons Heavenly Beds" and custom linens.
Bathrooms with sunken tub and shower are decorated with Indonesian mahogany cabinets and Peruvian travertine floors and countertops. The fully equipped kitchen has a Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf range oven and microwave, Fisher Paykel double dish washer, and a stacked washer and dryer.
Right across from the resort is a shopping center with a 24 hour Safeway, Longs Drugs, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, ABC store, Health food store and numerous restaurants. You can also have dinner at the resort's beachfront restaurant. There are many nearby activities, and you can explore the island by land, sea or air.
The brand new Aveda Spa and Salon allows you to indulge in a pool side cabana massage or a massage in the privacy of your condo.
