This unique beach side town has it all. This ocean view home is centrally located to both the North and South ends and just a few steps to the water. In addition to the natural beauty of our coastline, you will find this to be a "shoppers delight" with many unique specialty shops and galleries. Home to Raleigh Studios... don't be surprised if you bump in to some of your favorite stars (many of whom have made this their home).

When you get hungry... take a walk downtown and you will find everything from casual in flip-flops, to 5 star French... and A-Z in between! Within an hour's drive you could be at Disneyland, Magic Mountain, Knotts Berry Farm, the LA ZOO, The Getty Museum, Griffith Park Observatory, and on and on. There's something for everyone here, the only thing this town is missing...is YOU!

Balance due 60 days prior to lease date, 10% room tax for stays under 30 days.
Pet fee/deposit varies, SMALL PETS ONLY (15 lbs Max...upon approval)
50% cancel fees apply under 60 nights
