We would love to welcome you to our home by the sea. This house is a 3 story house with a large roof top terrace and balconies that have views of the Sea of Cortez.
La Paz is known for its sunsets and this house shows them off at their best.
The 3 bedroom, 4 and a half bath house is located half a block from the waters of the Bay of La Paz and the La Paz Malecon (Bay side boardwalk).
Residents and visitors to La Paz spend lots of their time walking up and down the Malecon, whether it is getting some morning exercise or walking off a meal in one of the many ocean front restaurants.
This home is perfectly located to give you the best of the views of La Paz whilst being close enough to easily walk to all of the nearby shops and restaurants and take in the wonderful cultural experience that is La Paz.
The house itself has a large and well equipped kitchen with plenty of workspace for budding chefs. Our favorite element is the open style of the kitchen which allows you to cook and socialize with your friends at the house.
The roof top terrace is kitted out with a great built in BBQ as well as a preparation area and sink to make cooking outside as easy as possible. There is even a full bathroom on the rooftop to make having a small get together with your friends a breeze. Oh and don't forget the amazing Ocean and Sunset views from this 4th floor terrace!
The main bedroom is on the third floor with its own private terrace with a built in cuddle seat, looking out across the ocean and palm trees. This room has its own bathroom and shower.
The twin bedroom is also on this floor, again with its own bathroom and lovely views of the ocean.
The ground floor of the home has one bedroom with its own bathroom, away from the rest of the house, for the snorers in the group.
If you love the convenience of a city, with a wonderful climate and views of the water, you'll love your stay here.

We spent a lovely week at Casa Bellisario in September. The casa was spacious, nicley furnished and very comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the terrace. The location was perfect..close to the Malecon, downtown shopping and restaurants. We love La Paz because it is not a big tourist location. And, one feels very safe in La Paz. We recommend this casa to anyone who wants to kick back and enjoy the serenity of South Baja.Owner response: We are glad that our renters loved the same things in La Paz that we did--the ocean view from the terrace, the location close to the malecon and lots of restaurants, and the safety of the community.

We've stayed at Casa Bellisario for the past two Christmas vacations. It is a fantastic home! It has tons of room and is beautifully decorated in Mexican style. The location can't be beat for access to the vibrancy of the city of La Paz. You come to La Paz and not Cabo for a reason, right? We felt completely safe here and connected to the community, Most of our time in the house was spent on the unbeatable rooftop terrace, trying to read but looking at the sea and birds overhead instead. Be sure to visit Cafe La Flor on Madero a couple blocks away for the best coffee and comraderie. Great gelato by La Perla.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We sailed to La Paz in 1996-97 and fell in love with the city. It is said La Paz has a bungee cord pulling people back and it is certainly true; we can't stay away for long.
Why the Owner Chose La Paz:
La Paz welcomes tourists, yet the city retains its Mexican identity. We love that about it!

Our home is walking distance of virtually everything you would want to see or do: many wonderful restaurants (e.g. fish tacos at McFishers or upscale Las Tres Virgenes), the no-traffic "boardwalk" along the shore of the Sea of Cortez, ice cream, shopping, downtown, banks, rent-a-car places, bus station, well-stocked grocery store, liquor store.
