Santa Rosa is the perfect place to RELAX! As you pull into GulfPlace, you can feel the stress leave you, and a calming peace replaces it. The soft white sugary sand beach is located across the street, with three walk-overs for Gulf Place guests.The Gulf itself is warm and welcoming, and in the sunshine, is several shades of teal and turquoise-similar to the Caribbean in color.

Gulf Place has its own shops, and several restaurants. There is Miss Lucille's Coffee-Shop, The Smiling Fish Cafe, and Amore Pizzeria, where you can dine outside. Also, there is an Amphitheatre where there are concerts, and a large grassy area where the kids can play - don't forget to pack a frisbee! The bike paths are incredible, you can ride to Seaside(five miles away)- there is a bike rental shop in GulfPlace or Big Daddy's will bring rental bikes to your door.

Our "no worries" condo is on the third floor with a stunning view of the Gulf from the living room, and patio. There is a pillow-top king size bed in the bedroom(very comfortable), bunk beds in the hall, and a pull-out sofa-bed in the living room. French doors open onto the patio and overlook the pool. There are chairs on the patio-a lovely place to have your morning coffee.

Our kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner if you please. Shrimpers is a fish market located 10 mins. from GulfPlace on Hwy.98, and they will steam your shrimp for you. The sunsets are gorgeous, whether you are on the beach or on the patio.

In case you do have to connect with the rest of the world while at the beach, we do have wireless internet access available.
