  • This is our third year visiting Our Sand Dollar, and it was as wonderful as always. Both beds are exceptionally comfortable, the house is super- clean, and all conveniences seem to be there for us (though this time we had to buy coffee filters). The washer/dryer is a major help, too. The access to the beach is easy--this time it was full of sand, a nice flat walking beach; in past years it's been great for agate hunting. Another plus is the wi-fi access; the t.v. is huge and there is a dvd player (and a great dvd rental place in Yachats). The hosts are excellent people, nice to have conversations with, and don't seem judgmental. They allowed us to bring our dog, too! Well worth it--it does feel like a home away from home.

  • The Sand Dollar rental was truly amazing. We loved every moment of our vacation -- especially coming "home" to our fabulous spot on the beach. This place has everything we desired: comfort, cleanliness, sunlight, cheer, warmth, view, access, extras. We were very delighted and impressed -- enough to make it a future destination. If you happen upon a sweet opportunity to rent this spread, then my friend, you are among the lucky. We highly recommend it. You will love your stay as well. J&S
