This waterfront luxury home is the ultimate getaway for someone who can afford the very best. Located on Coronado's prestigious bayfront and sitting on half an acre of waterfront property, this fifteen million dollar estate is truly a vacationer's dream. Overlooking San Diego Bay directly across from Seaport Village and downtown San Diego, it provides front row seating for an ever-changing parade of water activities. Daytime on the bay is beautiful. Nighttime is breathtaking. San Diego's skyline shimmers across the black glassy water, and on many summer evenings there are fireworks to boot.
The house itself is a delight. Many Coronadoans claim that this is their favorite home in the village. From the street and across the 200 foot front lawn it has a welcoming cottage appeal. But inside it goes beyond cottage to become a spacious two-story open, airy indoor-outdoor experience. The bay side of the house is nearly all glass, much of which folds back to make a disappearing wall. This opens onto the pool and Jacuzzi and patio area, creating a wonderful space for entertaining or simply enjoying all by yourself.
Five bedrooms and a den plus a small loft provide generous sleeping accommodations. The newly remodeled kitchen is definitely eclectic with its black granite counter tops, Sub Zero refrigerator and charming old eight burner, three oven, two broiler Magic Chef. In the living room you can tickle the ivories of the baby grand or curl up on the newest addition to our home – a porch swing. This is a fun house to live in! And you can tube, water ski, sail, windsurf, kayak or fish right in your own "backyard."
