Welcome to our private cabin retreat built in 2007. We chose this location for the ski in/ski out, golfing, fly fishing, kayaking, and proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park, Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain Lake, and Grand Lake. It is perfect for weekend getaways and long term vacations for one to three families.
Our cabin has an abundance of windows which maximizes the mountain and valley views, and a floorplan that makes vacationing comfortable for up to thirteen people. Just 60 feet from the ski slope, 1 mile from the Headwaters Golf Course and The Frasier River, and both mountain biking and hiking from your front door all make for a fun-filled and relaxing experience for the whole family.
All of the furniture, fixtures, bedding and kitchen items are brand new. Our goal is to provide a warm, comfortable and luxurious experience. The natural log staircases, wood floors, plush carpets, solid four-panel wood doors and textured walls provide a rustic and elegant feel. The table is a gathering place, comfortably seating ten on soft leather chairs. In addition to the table, the great room includes a couch, loveseat and leather loungers to enjoy the fire and views while discussing a day of skiing, hiking, golfing or fishing.
The master has a cherry king sleigh bed with a plush Stearns & Foster pillow-top mattress, armoire, walk in closet, and television. Bedrooms two and three both have plush queen beds, dressers, and televisions. The fourth bedroom has five twin XL beds on very sturdy bunks. The loft includes a day bed with twin mattresses that can become a king bed, and a large desk. There is also a television in the family room and one in the kitchen. All are Cable. Wireless internet and internet jacks are available throughout.
The heated ski valet, with access from the front porch, will keep all of your boots, coats, gloves and hats warm for skiing the next morning. The valet has a bench for putting on your ski boots and a cabinet with fifteen cubicles to keep your ski supplies organized. In the garage is a ski rack that holds thirteen sets of skis and poles.
We are centrally located in the Fraser Valley near a variety of recreational activities:
SKIING - Both Alpine and Cross Country. Just 60 feet to the Sol Vista Ski Slopes, 15 minutes to Winter Park & Mary Jane.
GOLF - 2 minutes to Headwaters Golf Course, 10 minutes to Pole Creek Golf Course, 20 minutes to Grand Lake Golf Course
BOATING - on Grand Lake, Lake Granby, and Shadow Mountain Lake.
FLY FISHING - and Kayaking on the Frasier River, adjacent to the property, 1 mile from the front door.
HIKING - out the front door, or only 20 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park
FISHING & BOATING - 12 minutes to Lake Granby, 20 minutes to Grand Lake
Mountain biking, horseback riding, sledding, rafting, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, an alpine slide, snowmobiling and hot springs pools are just a few of the other activities readily available for a GREAT vacation.

The Den in the lower level is a children's paradise, with a large-screen television, and a huge, and very comfortable couch for lounging.
