Villa Parco is immersed in pure, uncontaminated nature. The name of the villa emphasizes that the it is located in a really special environment, in fact it is situated in the Natural Reserve Park.
The Villa, respecting the canons of the territory is fully integrated in it, showing distinguishable elegance and style. Surrounded by the Mediterranean flora, “Villa Parco” has a full garden with numerous olive and carruba trees that are typical for the Reserve Park. The large veranda gives the visitor the opportunity to enjoy rare, panoramic sights along the entire coastline, up to Punta Raisi Cape and of course, the magnificence Faraglioni Cliffs in Scopello.
In correspondence to the nature is the villa’s interior. The inside of the villa is accessed through a living room characterized with one wall constructed in local stones, arranged with different stylish accessories and an original stove that reminds of old times. The furniture is linear but at the same time elegant and the colors are chosen according to the materials used.
The kitchen is organized as a part of the open plan living room and its French windows allow the visitor to enjoy the outside panorama and surrounding garden. The dining area is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with various household appliances and accessories, utensils and cutlery. From the kitchen, you can access one additional service room and laundry that can be used as a service bathroom.
A corridor that emerges from the living room leads to the night area that includes 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds and the fifth one with twin beds. All bedrooms are provided with air conditioning and satellite TV. Some of the bedrooms are characterized with majolica with hand decoration that can be found as well as particular elements in the living room. The bathrooms are original in structure and in form and include showers.
Furthermore, the Villa has an available sixth bedroom with bath that can be used for the maid service, according to the client’s requests.
What characterizes “Villa Parco” the most, besides the finesse of the indoor facilities, is surely its position and the opportunity to be so close to the sea, which is about 1km in the Reserve Park.
