Wonderful place for for my wife and I to have a nice quiet time at the beach. Very convenient to everything. Description and pictures of unit are very accurate. The view from the unit is very nice and easy access to beach. Very quiet and relaxing. We ate at Crab Trap, Floyds Shrimp House and Pandora's and were please with all of them. Owner was very easy to work with and would recommend to anyone!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

The listing was most accurate, photos were great. It rained a couple of days while we were down there, but had an awesome time. Would definately recommend this property to friends/relatives. Dewey Destin's is a must.....thanks so much - I'll be back.

We had a wonderful experience at Tiki Beach...We were a little worried after making our reservation, as the review below was posted after we had paid for the condo...But we had no problems, it must have just been who was staying in that motel-that particular week. In fact, it was very quiet!! The view from Tiki was spectacular! We had a wonderful time relaxing on the clean beach! The kids had a great time playing in the ocean and building sandcastles. My son even caught a sand shark while shore fishing!! Diane was great to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to rent this condo again!!

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

My husband & I were looking for a smaller condo that was on the beach. The Tiki Beach had a great view. It was 100 steps to the ocean! It was very clean and had just enough room for us. It was also close enough to Destin to enjoy the restaurtants, shopping and the Harbor Walk, which we loved. The only issue we had with the location was with the condo/hotel across the street, which faced our parking lot. It looked very run-down and there were people hanging outside at all hours, in the middle of the street, and yelling from the balcony. Since our bedroom was on that side of our condo it was sometimes difficult to sleep with the noise. Apparently we werent the only ones who took notice because a police car was there two different times. It was a little scary.

My husband and I actually booked this condo for our stay during our wedding over Fall Break in October of 2011. We booked the room for about a week or so after the wedding and did NOT want to leave once the honeymoon came to an end :) . The condo was perfect! When we walked into the condo, our jaws dropped! Great place!! Awesome furniture, great rooms, clean, and very "at home" feeling. We loved the view and the private beach access was perfect for walking down to the beach and coming back up for lunch, etc. You could easily leave your stuff (umbrella, etc) down on the beach and watch it from the room if you wanted to come up for lunch. We are actually planning on making this an annual trip! Everyone in our bridal party said the same thing! AWESOME deal for the price! Couldn't have asked for a better vacation and a better home away from home! :) Diane was great and she will be hearing from us again real soon to book our next trip! Book any of Diane's condos and I'm sure you will share in the same experience! ENJOY!

Came for a short weekend stay and was very happy with my experience. Diane was a pleasure to work with too. We have been coming to this area for years and this is a great location. Close enough to Destin to enjoy the amenities but far away from the crowds. The unit is very clean and well appointed.

Absolutely wonderful! The unit was accurately described and the location was fabulous (I really do not want to post all the wonderfulness to the rest of you out there!). Dealing with the owner is a breeze and my deposit check was back in my hands in less than a week. A beautifully, well maintained unit at an idyllic setting with superior customer service, a great rate -- you really CAN NOT go wrong! I already started picking dates for my next trip to this unit for myself and a week for my parents 30th wedding anniversary. Sunsets/sunrises and dolphins all day long from the balcony on pristine white beaches and emerald waters. See you there!

We stayed here from Sept. 15th- 19th and it was the best place we have ever stayed. It is directly on the beach and what you see in the pictures is what you get. You can walk to Fudpuckers, Gulf Aquarium and several shops. Not far from Walmart, Destin Commons and Silver Sands. This was my first time to Destin and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Plan to stay there again next year. Diana was great to work with. Thank you so much!

We looked for several days to find somewhere during the 4th of July weekend. Due to work obligations we had only a short time to stay. Miss Diane was great to work with and very accomidating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is well kept and had everything we needed. Great view of the beach and the Gulf and the location makes it convienient to everything in the Fort Walton Beach area. Great stay and great experience! We watched the Fort Walton fireworks show from the bedroom!

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We truly enjoyed our stay here and plan on returning yearly! The unit was just as pictured and very clean with everything you could want. The view from the balcony was absolutely picture perfect! I have recommended to so many people that they would love a vacation at this property. We made such happy family memories there and look forward to many returns! My husband and I stayed in this property for a weekend in May 2010. The condo is in the perfect location in Fort Walton Beach - close to everything, but on a quiet side street - with a gorgeous beach front balcony view. The pictures really don't do it justice as it's one of the best condos we've been at while vacationing in the Destin area over the years. It's filled with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing getaway from a busy work world, and the price is unbeatable for the amenities. Diane made the entire rental process seamless and stress-free. We've recommended this place to our family and friends and plan to return ourselves the next time we visit the area. Thanks again!!

Our family spent the week after Christmas at Tiki Beach #33. This was a very last minute trip for us, Diane was great to work with. We had a wonderful relaxing time. In spite of the 50degree weather, we enjoyed walks on the beach, the gorgeous view and the comfort of the condo. We plan to return!

We have been to Tiki Beach #33 twice and absolutely love it. Both times have been for girls weekends!Fabulous view of the beach in a wonderful home. Diane is great to work with! Destin is a short drive away and I would highly recommend eating at the Back Porch. Great shopping all around. We are ready to head back!

Absolutely fantastic. Dolphins every morning. The condo is all I expected and then some. Lots to do in the area if you can leave the beach.

My daughter and I just returned from staying in this unit, and we thought it was really terrific. It is beautifully "beachy" decorated, has plenty of room, and the queen bed is incredibly comfortable (this coming from someone with back pain). It is very clean, and the view is fantastic! We hope to rent again.

We just got back from spending 4 days in Tiki Beach Condo #33....it was AWESOME! We plan to make it an annual event. The condo has everything you need, is very clean (a must!!!), and is right on the beach with a great view. We too, saw the dolphins every day. Thanks for a great vacation...see you next year!
