Location is everything! Approximately 100 yards to the Shock Hill gondola station, it is the closest home to the private gondola mid-station in Shock Hill. Everyone can come and go as they please. Whether you downhill or cross-country ski (this home is also located on the Breckenridge Nordic Center trail system) ski or snowboard you and your group will be able to enjoy the convenience of location. Perfect for families with non-skiers too since the gondola runs all day so it is easy to access downtown for free! No need to worry about parking...

You and your family will experience luxurious mountain modern living in this brand new 4 bedroom 4.5 bath home with 6 HDTVs! Designer decorated with the highest quality appointments, counter tops, fixtures and appliances offering many extraordinary features. The wrap around deck includes an extra large Hot Springs hot tub and a gas firepit perfect for relaxing after a long day on the mountain!

Each beautifully appointed room has been professionally designed and decorated. In addition to the beautiful appointments and sumptuous bedding, each bedroom has its own bathroom and 40" 1080p flat screen HDTV. The Hearth Room has a 40" HDTV with Blu-ray, Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and a Wii (bring your own games). Additionally we have a work station complete with a fax, printer, copier and whole house WiFi so you will be able to conduct business as usual.

Love to cook! Then you'll be thrilled with the kitchen! All gourmet appliances including; 48" Wolf gas range, 60" Thermador refrigerator/freezer, Asko dishwasher and tons of extras. This kitchen is fully stocked right down to a food dehydrator! The spacious Great Room has a 57" 1080p LCD flat screen HDTV, surround sound, Blu-Ray player & iPod docking station to connect your iPod to the home automation system. Speaking of home automation -- this home is fully integrated with a Colorado Vnet system controlled by touch screens throughout the house, You can adjust your music including Sirius satellite radio, humidifier, climate, window treatments, and lighting. Additionally, this home has 2 gas fireplaces, a hydrotherapy bath tub with heated backrest, steam shower, designer soaking tub and an 8 head Kohler water tile shower system where you can customize your shower experience!

  • As a Colorado native, I really appreciate a nice mountain home. This home has it all- luxury, views, convenience. My family and I stayed for ten days last summer and enjoyed everyday in this house. (There is nothing like waking up to the Rocky Mtns. out your front window!) The owners have impeccable taste and were a joy to rent from. We would not hesitate to go back- this time during ski season! Truly a gem of a house!

  • Our family just stayed a week in your beautiful home and had a great time. We have been coming to Breckenridge for many years and this home is our favorite. There was 8 of us and the proximty to the gondola was great. You can get off at Peak 7 or 8 within minutes. The home has all the amenities that you expect in a high end custom home. The touch pads that control the lights, music, window shades and heating system was really cool. I am a builder in South Florida and I was taking notes. We will highly recommend this home to all of our friends.

  • An exceptional property that is possibly the best ski-in/out location on the hill. The Shock Hill Gondola is one block away at the most. The location means you aren't captive to the slopes, we went back each day to the house for lunch and a bit of rest, it literally takes 10 minutes to go back and forth. Additionally with the Gondola running into town we were able to walk to Breck downtown for lunch on occasion. Appliances, furnishing and decor are top notch and the kitchen is fantastic. Automatic blinds and full house computer control for lighting and environment made us envious. This is not your routine "rental", this is a great opportunity to be right on the hill in a fantastic house. Would rent it again and would recommend it to anyone.

  • The photos of this beautiful home do not really do it justice. Our group of eight adults spent a week in this lovely home and enjoyed every moment there. The home is so beautifully furnihed and decorated it makes you feel as though you are in a luxurious hotel. The owners made us feel at home and were anxious to accommodate us in any way possible. You will certainly enjoy spending time in this beautiful home.
