There really is no other word to describe this beautiful on-mountain home (impressive also comes to mind!). I frequent Summit County ski resorts for work and pleasure...this home truly has it all! Decor is modern, but warm and inviting; amenities are second to none; location is perfect for "getting away", but being close to activities and downtown Breck; owners are helpful and accomodating. This visit was for business and we were all blown away; perfect spot for entertaining and relaxing. I can't wait to bring the family back! For any that have concerns about how true the home is to what is shown (always a concern of mine); while the pictures are beautiful, just wait until you see it for yourself!! Extremely close to the Breck-Connect gondola pick-up...10 mins (5 of which are on gondola) and you're on the hill!

Fabulous week at a great home. We had eight people who were all very comfortable. The location makes it so easy to ski. The home has many little amenities (like ski racks in the garage and boot warmers, etc.) that you cannot appreciate until you get there. Everything worked. Nothing broke down. Professional managment and and owners. We will be back next year.

we loved staying at your beautiful home!! when i saw the pics i thought it cant be that gorgeous but it was!! Since the first day we got there, we were greeted with a nice surprise and they were very nice in helping us in case we didnt know how to use anything in the house. (its all very high tech!!) Would definitely stay there again!!!!

Every need and amenity is in this home! My husband and I stayed there in July and hosted his golf buddies and wives. Everyone enjoyed what this home had to offer. The home is beautifully decorated and very inviting. The weather was perfect to enjoy the deck, music system and hot tub. The location of the home is next to the free gondola which we used to go down to town or up the mountain for a Summit Happy Hour. The owner of the home checked on us to make sure our stay was going well, which it was. We definitely look forward to staying in this home again. In fact, I have already looked at the calendar! Our ski vacation was really enhanced by this wonderful home. The location is great as well as the views and the home amenities. Through out the year we have rented many ski homes in many locations such as Park City, Aspen and Breckenridge as well, this home has to be one of the best ones we now. Not only the home is great but also the renting experience is very pleasant.

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to rent your lovely vacation home in Breckenridge, CO. We are looking forward in renting it again in the future, it was a very pleasant stay, your home has all the features, upgrades and more… that we look for in a vacation rental! Your home is superbly designed and all features were very well appointed. When looking for a vacation rental it is sometimes hard to find something up to par with our own living standards or better. Now, everyone agreed that this fell in to the “better” category. Just the way we like it! So this was a few words of commendation on behalf of everyone in our group. We had a wonderful stay in your home. There were only 5 of us, but we all got our own bedroom that way. The kids loved plugging their ipods into the speaker system. They want us to do that at home now! I loved the porch and we all loved the hot tub. The home was beautiful and I would love to go back in ski season since we were steps from the gondola. Thank you.

Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your beautiful Breckenridge home. Our group of 8 found your home to be perfectly accommodating and very impressively designed and decorated. I could belabor the fact that your home has the nicest home automation system I’ve seen to date, an unbelievable deck with fire pit and hot tub, a chef’s kitchen with custom refrigerator and Wolf Stove, amazing bathrooms throughout, and very comfortable bedrooms with excellent flat screen televisions. But, there was one aspect to the home that was more important and more valuable to all of us on this particular trip. We appreciated and enjoyed more than anything the primary living space (kitchen, living room, dining room). Five of the six nights, we all ate together at the dining room table (the other night we ate at Eric's Pizza). We enjoyed good food, good company, and darn good conversation. It was the first time during our annual ski vacation that all of us could comfortably eat together, conformably cook together, and all sit down and watch a movie together. When I reflect on this vacation, I will remember the moments when the entire group was together – skiing, relaxing, having fun, eating together, watching movies, and cooking together!Thank you again for allowing us to enjoy your home for a week. I anticipate and hope you will find we cared for it as we care for our own home. We look forward to many more annual ski vacations at on Columbia Drive!

The house was great, location is everything and this one is the best next to the gondola, everything was great, including the hot tub while it was snowing really hard. We will stay here again next time out.

This beautiful home has all the amenities required for a perfect ski vacation . It's a few steps from the gondola , so you're in the mountain easily and fast. The owners went out of their way to make sure we were having a great time . The chalet is luxurious ,, beautifully decorated , and very comfortable . I would love to come back again .

As a Colorado native, I really appreciate a nice mountain home. This home has it all- luxury, views, convenience. My family and I stayed for ten days last summer and enjoyed everyday in this house. (There is nothing like waking up to the Rocky Mtns. out your front window!) The owners have impeccable taste and were a joy to rent from. We would not hesitate to go back- this time during ski season! Truly a gem of a house!

Great place. We have stayed in Breck for several years but this was the most convenient for ski-in/ski-out. Very well done and upscale. We had a great time and owners went out of there way to make sure we were happy.

Our family just stayed a week in your beautiful home and had a great time. We have been coming to Breckenridge for many years and this home is our favorite. There was 8 of us and the proximty to the gondola was great. You can get off at Peak 7 or 8 within minutes. The home has all the amenities that you expect in a high end custom home. The touch pads that control the lights, music, window shades and heating system was really cool. I am a builder in South Florida and I was taking notes. We will highly recommend this home to all of our friends.

We spent a week in early January in this amazing home and we had a great time. It was the perfect place to spend our first visit to Breckenridge. Excellent accommodations. Also, Hearthstone catering provided a wonderful chef prepared meal for us one evening.

An exceptional property that is possibly the best ski-in/out location on the hill. The Shock Hill Gondola is one block away at the most. The location means you aren't captive to the slopes, we went back each day to the house for lunch and a bit of rest, it literally takes 10 minutes to go back and forth. Additionally with the Gondola running into town we were able to walk to Breck downtown for lunch on occasion. Appliances, furnishing and decor are top notch and the kitchen is fantastic. Automatic blinds and full house computer control for lighting and environment made us envious. This is not your routine "rental", this is a great opportunity to be right on the hill in a fantastic house. Would rent it again and would recommend it to anyone.

This House is a skiers dream. I believe it is the closest house to the Breck-Connect gondola at Shock Hill. Our family of 4 relaxed in the 8 person hot tub after a full day skiing. The location is ideal, about 1/2 mile into town. The master bedroom has a view of the slopes. All of the rooms have their own full bath and LCD TV. If you want to take the gondola from Peak 7 base is is the next stop down for lunch. All of the appliances are modern and new. The beds are extremely comfortable. I have already recommended for some of my friends to contact the owner. The property manager and owner were more than helpful in making our stay complete. We will definitely be back. Our experience was completely positive.

We visited whent he home was brand new... great location for mid mountain access to ski lifts, and the home was in very good condition. Our family of 5 was very comfortable, and there was room for several more people if we needed. Had a great time, and the owners were very responsive to our needs...

Our family of 4 enjoyed 2 wks in this gorgeous new home on Shock Hill. We felt right at home with the modern appliances and spacious floorplan. Super location for hiking, biking or heading to town for a meal. We plan to return.

The photos of this beautiful home do not really do it justice. Our group of eight adults spent a week in this lovely home and enjoyed every moment there. The home is so beautifully furnihed and decorated it makes you feel as though you are in a luxurious hotel. The owners made us feel at home and were anxious to accommodate us in any way possible. You will certainly enjoy spending time in this beautiful home.
