Located at Pier Point South Condominiums, an oceanfront complex, a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath corner unit oceanview townhouse on the warm sandy beaches of St. Augustine. You can sit back and relax on the balcony that has a gorgeous view of the ocean, go for a swim in our pool, or head down to the beach for some sandy fun from our private walkway. This unit is located right next to St. Augustine Pier, which provides a great fishing spot, a playground for the kids, volleyball & bocce ball courts and a picnic pavillion for an afternoon outing with the family. As well as being the closest condominium complex on the beach to the historic downtown area, we have many fine restaurants and shops within walking distance.
