  Perfect get away for a group of ladies! We had wine around the hot tub every night and chatted about our day. Ideal location for enjoying Palm Desert and surrounding area, restaurants, College of the Desert, and shopping. Plenty of room and nice accommodations. We loved the back yard and sat out there often. Also ate the most wonderful grapefruit off the trees back there. Becky is nice and easy to work with. We plan a return grip next year. The only trouble we had was with the sliding glass door locks.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This property is north facing with little sunlight in the house and on the patio. The overall condition of the house is well used with very dated décor. Upon arriving, many items were not in working condition; the ice maker was broken, as were window treatments and owners clothes remained in closets and drawers. Though owners were receptive to repairs, and they did try to fix the above problems.....it was time that I had to spend waiting for repair men. Nothing was fixed with first repairmen, and I chose not to have other repairmen come again. Disappointing property all around.

  We recently got to spend two months in your condo. We enjoyed the private patio for sun tanning and letting our small dog lose. The ease of getting in and out of the complex was a plus as we were always going out to golf or eat. We also had additional family members come to visit for a few weeks so the extra bedrooms and spaciousness of the condo was nice.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with teenagers, pet owners, girls getaway.

  This was the first time we rented the condo (or any condo for that matter), and were so happy with our decision. It's very nice, spacious and comfortable. We are planning on renting again next year and would recommend it to our friends.

  We really enjoyed this unit. The large enclosed courtyard and jacuzzi gave us the privacy we like. Very nicely decorated and cozy inside. Great location and we will return!!!

  This condo worked out perfectly for our family, plenty of room and the girls loved being so close to the pool. We would definitely rent this again.

  I have stayed here several times and i will continue to stay here. The home is very spacious and I love the decor. The private side yard with the jacuzzi and bbq are an added bonus. I look forward to my next stay.

  This place is the perfect desert enclave; surrounded by quiet, scenic, Monterey Country Club yet just minutes from local shopping and dining. The outdoor patio and spa could keep you there all weekend just enjoying the sun and weather in private. The community pool directly across the street is never crowded and the golf course is beautiful.
