Nestled in the beautiful Sky Valley of Georgia's Northeast Mountains lies our spacious 1400 square foot condominium, "Amy's Place." Only four miles from Dillard, Georgia and 11 miles from the charming town of Highland, North Carolina. Take a day trip and enjoy the sights of Cherokee. North Carolina. This Corner Lower Unit has been fully refurbished from linens to furniture. The master bedroom has a queen bed with TV in room. The guest room features twin beds, and in the great room a queen sleeper sofa is available to accommodate extra guests.
Sky Valley is truly a year round get-away. Winter finds snow on the country's southernmost ski slope. Spring, summer, and fall brings many opportunities to enjoy hiking the many mountain trails, dipping your fishing rod in the fresh, beautiful streams to catch that trout, and exploring the many antique shops in the area.
Summer will find many vacationers relaxing by the pool. While others may find more exciting activities such as rafting or canoeing down the local rivers or hiking the many mountain trails. Whatever your preference you will enjoy the wonderful mountain temperatures. Bring a sweater for those cool summer evenings when the temperature can reach the low 50's. Star gazing is one of our favorite evening activities. Nature has top billing in the fall. Sit on the patio and enjoy the breathtaking colorful canvas of the fall foliage.
Tennis anyone? Players can test their skills on one of four courts. Golfers will enjoy the beautiful 18 whole Championship Golf Course named as one of the State's Top Ten Public courses. Challenging but fun.
