You will love our brand new house! This house was built in 2005 and you can be some of the first tenants to enjoy this special get-away. The house has a very open, clean feel. The house was furnished by one of the islands top store owners and designers. The property address is 18 Back Street. We are an easy 5 - 10 minute walk to the center of town (half mile). And we are conveniently located around the corner from the delicious Nantucket Bake Shop and across the street from a new gormet shop!
Inside there is a beautiful stainless kitchen well equipped for wonderful meal preparation. We are FULLY stocked, everything from a new pinini maker, to a one cup Keurig coffee maker to an automatic fresh juicer. This is truly a dream kitchen! The kitchen is part of the great room - this set up is ideal for entertaining and just simply hanging out with your family. This area opens up to a beautiful outdoor patio with a new gas grill and outdoor seating for your enjoyment.
All linens and bedding are BRAND NEW from Crate and Barrel and towels are Ralph Lauren from Bloomingdales. We update bedding and towels every season!
In addition to the kitchen and great room, the first floor of the house has two bathrooms, an office with a pull out double sofa and computer table as well as a bedroom with a queen sized bed. The wall hangings as well as the furniture are all what you would expect in a new Nantucket home! The floors throughout the home are beautiful wood floors.
All items in the house are brand new and are of the quality that you would expect during a Nantucket vacation. This includes towels, sheets, kitchen items and all furnishings.
The upstairs of the house features a cozy room with twin beds, as well as a bedroom with a queen bed. These rooms both have access to a bathroom with custom stone tile work. The master bedroom has walk in closets, Cable TV and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and contemporary black and white tile work.
Our home is perfect for families with children who are looking for a fun, relaxing get away on Nantucket! We will work very hard to make sure you have everything you need for a perfect vacation. Please no smoking in or around the house.

- There is so much to do on Nantuket - explore museums, gallaries and go to the marina and look at the beautiful boats that are docked. There are wine tastings, historic tours, so many things to do on island. The food on Nantucket is world class, many of the finest restaurants in the world are located on this island. Nantucket has long been one of the wealthiest towns in the US and has some of the nicest beaches in the US. Over 100 miles of pristine beaches almost all are accessible to the public. Also available are miles of safe, well paved bike trails. Near the house is a gym, yoga studios and fine spas. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!
