Beginning Spring 2010 - All reservations are restricted to a minimum of 3 nights. Reservations of less than 3 nights will only be accepted if availability exists and cannot be made more than 48 hours prior to date of arrival. Premium rental rates apply for any reservation of less than 3 nights.
Rental rates have been designed to offer guests with the maximum rental benefit for reservations lasting 7 nights and beginning and concluding on Saturday. Guests requesting a reservation of less than a week will find the most favorable pricing for visits occur between Saturday and Thursday. Premium rental rates apply for reservations of less than a week that includes both Friday and Saturday visits.
Kilgore Realty has designed and implemented a tiered rating system for each property. Property designation is designed to be used by guests as a tool to help identify properties with the features you most desire. Each of our properties have been classified as: Platinum, Gold or Silver.
Our staff is available Monday-Friday from 9AM - 5PM CST and on weekends from 9AM - 1PM to speak with you and assist you with selecting the most ideal property for your rental needs. PLEASE NOTE: Online Calendars DO NOT accurately reflect availability. All email rental inquires will receive an availability response within 24 hours.
Select properties are equipped with complimentary wireless internet service. Guests of Kilgore Realty are provided with complimentary access to either of the SNAP Fitness Centers - Navarre's newest state of the art fitness facility.
Guests with reservations in this property are invited to use the fishing pier equipped with lighting for night fishing. This property features a waterfront grilling gazebo with grills and picnic tables for guest use. Kitchens are fully equipped and coin operated laundry facilities are available beside the swimming pool.
Guests may avoid Security Deposits by using their VISA or Mastercard. Payment for reservations are due at the time of check-in.

NEW SPRING/SUMMER 2010: After March 13, 2010 Kilgore Realty will provide guests with the opportunity to select from properties of each size that have been reviewed and rated as Platinum Level, Gold Level or Silver. NO RESERVATION FOR LESS THAN 3 NIGHTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Rates are based on property designation and availability. Incentive pricing is provided for guests spending 7 nights with a Saturday-Saturday arrival/departure. Guests with reservations of less than 7 nights will receive a reduced rate for reservations made between a Saturday and Thursday visit. Premium rates apply for each property classification for reservations of less than 7 nights that include both a Friday AND Saturday night reservation.
