Beginning Spring 2010 - We are pleased to announce that guests can now make reservations for periods of less than a week. All reservations are restricted to a minimum of 3 nights.
Rental rates have been designed to offer guests the maximum rental benefit for reservations lasting 7 nights and beginning and concluding on Saturday. Guests requesting a reservation of less than a week will find the most favorable pricing for visits between Saturday and Thursday. Premium rental rates apply for reservations of less than a week that includes both Friday and Saturday visits.
Reservations for less than 3 days can only be made if availability exists and cannot be made more than 48 hours prior to requested arrival. Premium rental rates apply for any reservation of less than 3 nights.

This beautiful Studio property is ideal for 2 people but with a convertible sofa can sleep up to 4. Your comfort is our goal - for this reason we strongly encourage guests to avoid using sleeper sofas for Adults.
Ammenities include: Direct waterviews of the innercoastal waterway, modern and comfortable furnishings, complimentary wireless internet accessibility, fully stocked kitchen for ease of meal preparation, remodeled bath with ceramic tile walk-in shower, 42" flatscreen television with DVD, Stereo and Patio with outside seating.
Guests with reservations in this community are invited to use the personal fishing pier equipped with lighting for night fishing. A waterfront gazebo equipped with picnic tables and grills is provided. A coin operated laundry is available onsight. The outdoor pool is unheated and guests are furnished with complimentary access to SNAP Fitness - Navarre's newest State of the Art 24 Hour Fitness Facility.
