The living area a cozy wood-burning stove and a queen sleeper. The fully equipped kitchen has modern amenities including gas range, dishwasher, microwave and is situated off a large redwood deck with a gas barbecue for grilling and a hot tub in a partial gazebo.
There are two bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 twin beds, and a sofabed in the living room, so this home can comfortably sleep six.
Down the steps off the back deck you'll find a large, grassy yard with trees for shade, and a path that leads through the trees directly to the river, only a couple minutes away. Both front and back yards are fully fenced, so your pets are safe.
