Imagine sitting up in bed and seeing the lake ! Summer weather is ideal with cool mornings and warm afternoons and guaranteed sunshine 300 days a year. Tahoe is the perfect climate for all outdoor activities. The ideal weather conditions makes this a year-round mecca. In the winter you can ski in the morning and play golf in the afternoon in Reno. We've done it ! Skiing is superb, catering to every ability, with 13 ski areas within an easy 30 min. drive and our own mountain in Town - Diamond Peak. Of course, there is also cross-country and snow shoeing nearby.
