Hi everyone. I hate to write a good review about Luna Encantada H3 because we want to keep it a secret for ourselves. We had a great time. The unit was everything advertised and more. It is truly a beautiful place and the condo was very comfortable. My family of four spent 8 days in Playa and we had a blast. We did not meet one single person all week who was not just as nice as could be. We did have some neighbors at other units that were having a good time and were noisy at times, but did not bother us much. Our next door neighbor gave us some Mahi steaks for our grill from thier catch that day which were awsome. My family really enjoyed EXPLORE and EXCARET and the day we spent with Hector at EDVENTURE TOURS was unbelievably fun. The Fusion bar/restaurant next door is one of the best places in Playa for drinks music and food. The $18 dollar, hour long massages next door were also the bomb. I would recommend Playa and Luna to anybody, but especially to families with preteens and teens.

Beautiful condo! We enjoyed making breakfast each morning and sitting on the balcony. The beach is one of the most relaxing and long stretches of white sand we've ever seen. Thanks for sharing this special spot. Great memories for years to come!

This is a great place to stay in Playa- wonderful view, good location for walking the beach and to restaurants. We went to Yaxche twice- it is so good and unique! It was great to have the internet access- could keep tabs on folks at home and make transportation arrangements online. We hope to be back!

A few years ago, we took a look at Luna Encantada when it first opened and felt that this would be a great place to spend some time on our next visit to the area. We booked unit H3 for a one-week stay Feb. 28-Mar. 7, 2010 and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo is equiped with everything you would need and is tastefully decorated as well. We really enjoyed the extra living space of the rooftop terrace and BBQ area. For our family, this was the perfect accommodation as we enjoyed many meals in, but knew that great restaurants were (literally) just around the corner. The location is perfect and the beach is amazing.

Stayed here 1st week of February 2010. Awesome location with great activities. We enjoyed the new beach and would love to come back again soon! Enjoyed an authentic meal at El Pogan near Walmart. Purchased our supplies at Walmart and Mega. We used the grill on the patio a lot! Loved all the views! Thank you for opening your home to us!

This condo complex has one of the best locations in Playa- it's close to 5th Ave and it's on the beach. It was so nice not to have to rent a car also. The condo had everything you could need. We loved having a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. It certainly made our travels easier and less expensive. We loved people watching in the infinity pool, which was heated by the way. There were even pool toys to use! The staff was very helpful and the rental agent, Pam, answered all of our many questions. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone we know!

Luna Encantada H-3 is an elegant condo in a terrific location. The decorations and furniture are tasteful and it is well appointed with everything you will need from a washer/dryer to an outdoor BBQ to a lime squeezer. The view from the balcony includes the pool, Caribbean and Cozumel on the horizon and the view from the roof deck is nothing short of magnificent. The roof was a bit hot during the day in early August, but the evenings were a perfect blend of warm air with a cool breeze. The pedestrian only Fifth Ave with countless restaurants and shops is a half block from the door and the pool and sandy beach are even closer. Thanks for a great time! -Roy

We stayed in H-3 During the week of May 11th. The condo is very comfortable - the free phone and internet was much needed. Our famiy stayed in an all inclusive resort and we wanted to be away from the craziness and this place was perfect. We walked everywhere and at the end of the evening we really enjoyed going next door and having a couple of drinks while sitting in the sand. We would go back and stay in this condo again.

I love this penthouse. The complex is great and this is the best location in the complex. The condo is immaculate and has every amenity you could wish for. You can take an early morning walk along the beach, nap on the rooftop patio and then walk 2 blocks to the main drag for a great dinner. My favorite snack is the fresh fruit from the push cart that is on the corner every morning.

Loved it! Location! Location! Location! Honestly was incredible! 1 block from shopping and restaurants! Beach at your backdoor! The condo was exactly like the photos! Very impressed by staff and the grounds and the location is amazing!

This is our 3rd time to Playa del Carmen and it is such a fun place to be. We stayed in Luna Encantada H-3, which is on the top floor of the building. It has a huge rooftop balcony with a grill, a table, and plenty of chairs to lounge on. The view from here is amazing. Actually, the view from the condo is amazing as well- straight out to the water. The condo was very accomodating. What a relaxing vacation. When can we go back?

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Luna Encantada- the 1st time was June, 2006 and most recently was July 2008. We stayed in Luna H-3 this time and it was fantastic. The view was amazing and the rooftop terrace had everything we needed. The condo is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The pool is so relaxing and fun to people watch. The staff was very accomodating as well. We loved the fish tacos at Hotel Fusion next door, and the daquaries at Babes. We can't wait to go back!
