This scenic view cottage is being offered as a Saturday to Saturday rental of a three or a four bedroom, ocean facing cottage. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms: a master queen-sized, a double, and a third bedroom with a single and bunk beds, and sleeps a total of nine. There are two bathrooms, a great room which has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and a kitchen with all the amenities you demand.
The ground level suit consists of a queen-sized bedroom, bathroom, an alcove equipped with microwave, water dispenser, and coffee maker, and a great room with a double-sized futon, a large screen TV/VCR. The ground floor sleeps four, for a total cottage sleeping capability of 13.
The top floor can be rented as a three bedroom unit. A washer and dryer is provided, as well as a charcoal grill and a gas grill, and a bottled water dispenser, for either bedroom configuration.
NO TOWER TO SEE THE OCEAN IS REQUIRED HERE! The upper floor sports a commanding view of the Atlantic Ocean from all the family areas to include a portion of the sun bathers porch in the back of the cottage. The ground level suite provides a respite from the active family above.
The beach starts at seventy five feet from property line. A deep set back from the secondary two lane road provides road noise insulation as well as a play area for family members and plenty of parking. P.S. We now accept Credit Cards through Pay Pal Services!

Stayed this past summer with my family. This home is well kept and has everything that is needed for a great family vacation. The owner is very friendly. The house is located right across the street from the beach. Located near restaurants, taverns and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend to a family. This is a place for a family and not a young rowdy crowd.
Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The cottage was everything that it was advertised to be!!! It is great for a single family with kids. Our family had a memorable week - one of our best vacations ever. The location is right across the street from the beach access path. We felt comfortable letting our kids go back to the cottage during the day - it was that close.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

This is a great little house almost right on the beach. We've gone every summer for three years about two weeks at a time, and going back this summer. You'll be sure to have pleanty of great memories at this house.
