  My wife, daughter and in-laws spent our vacation here in August. This inthe second time renting the home. The home is quaint, but roomy. Directly across the street from the beach. The home is immaculate. We will be returning again this year.

  This was our first trip to the Outer Banks, and our family had the wonderful opportunity to stay in this vacation home. Very roomy and very well-furnished. And I just loved the tasteful decorations and bright, cheery color themes throughout. You can tell that the owner takes pride in and takes very good care of this home. It is literally right across the street from the beach access. A short walk over the sand dunes to a quiet, secluded beach (no need to wake up at the crack of dawn to get a good spot in the sand). The children spent hours playing in the waves and searching for sea shells. One of my favorite parts was sitting in the rocking chairs on the screened in front porch and watching the evening thunderstorms. Kitty Hawk is a great little town, and the locals are very friendly. As frequent VRBO customers, we cannot wait to visit OBX again, and this home would be our first choice.

  Stayed this past summer with my family. This home is well kept and has everything that is needed for a great family vacation. The owner is very friendly. The house is located right across the street from the beach. Located near restaurants, taverns and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend to a family. This is a place for a family and not a young rowdy crowd.

  The cottage was everything that it was advertised to be!!! It is great for a single family with kids. Our family had a memorable week - one of our best vacations ever. The location is right across the street from the beach access path. We felt comfortable letting our kids go back to the cottage during the day - it was that close.

  This is a great little house almost right on the beach. We've gone every summer for three years about two weeks at a time, and going back this summer. You'll be sure to have pleanty of great memories at this house.
