Welcome to our beautiful Vanderhorst Plantation home that was rated platinum by a national vacation rental agency. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac behind the second security gate. Sit back and relax on the large back deck that over looks Turtle Point Golf Course and a lagoon that attracks various wildlife. It's a short 10 minute walk or 3 minute bike ride to Kiawah's ten miles of pristine beach which was recently rated #10 by Dr. Beach. Nearby, there are walking/biking trails, golf and tennis facilities, fine and casual dining, a playground, and a nature center where various nature excursion can be scheduled.

Our home is approximately 3,400 sq ft with an open floor plan that is immaculately kept. There are three bedrooms on the 1st floor and one bedroom on the 2nd floor adjacent to the open loft area.

Bedroom/Bath Details:
Master B/R - king bed, dresser, two nightstands, and walk-in closet w/deck access. Bath has a free-standing tub/separate rain shower.
B/R #2 - full bed, nightstand, and walk-in closet w/bath (shower)
B/R #3 - queen bed, nightstand, closet w/bath (tub/shower unit)
B/R #4 - two twin beds, nightstand, and closet w/open loft and bath (tub/shower unit)

Breakfast room and dining room each seat six. The large two-story living room is open to the dining room, family/sunroom, and foyer with access to deck. Family/sunroom room has a 37 inch flat screen TV with DVD player. Master Bedroom has a 26" flat screen TV.
