LORI HAS BEEN VISITING SINCE 1996, GEORGE SINCE 1982. ALTHOUGH WE HAVE ENJOYED HOMES IN GRAND CAYMAN, BOCA GRANDE, NOKOMIS AND SARASOTA THERE IS NO PLACE LIKE GUANA. WE HOPE TO SPEND MORE TIME AS WE GET CLOSER TO RETIRING.
The Unique Benefits at this House
WE ENJOY OUR PRIVACY YET WE ARE CLOSE TO THE SETTLEMENT. THE ROOF LEVEL OBSERVATION DECK GETS GREAT BREEZES AS WELL AS VIEWS OF NIGHT SKY.
You could say this is the bar at the end of the universe.... great BBQ on Sundays. Sometimes Barefoot Man has concerts in February and July here.
Say Hi to Troy and Maria for us. Fin, mask, snorkel, bike and kayak rentals. Great diving with qualified instructor in a really nice boat... conch salad too as a bonus on day cruises!
