This perfect location has 1700 square feet of living space for you to stretch out and relax and sleeps eight comfortably with two bedrooms-the master with a king size bed, the second bedroom with a full size bed, two built in full size twin beds off the living area AND a pullout queen size sleeper sofa. The master has a full private bath with double sink vanity and a walk in closet. The second bedroom shares a full bathroom that has double entry. The balcony is so big you won't believe your eyes! At 39 feet in length and 350 square feet, there will be more than enough room for beach front entertaining, and with 39 feet of window space, you will experience the best views available on the gulf. You will never miss a sunrise or sunset!
For your added convenience we have provided cable television in both bedrooms and the living room. There is also a DVD and CD player in the living room. A phone with answering machine is provided for you. A full kitchen is at your service with any and everything you may need if you decide to cook including a full size stove and refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, silverware and plenty of pots and pans and cookware. We also have a washer and dryer in the unit in a private closet if you decide to do laundry.
Gulf Crest has two very large pools (one heated year round), two outdoor heated Jacuzzi tubs, a kiddie pool area, a fitness room and a game room with video arcades. There are two pool-side gazebos and chaise lounges and chairs surround the pool deck.
We are located on the prestigious Thomas Drive & Joan Avenue which is far less congested than Frontage Road and with easy access to anywhere on Panama City Beach. There are numerous outstanding restaurants, mini golf, go-carts, bumper boats and shopping with in walking distance. Super Wal-Mart is only one mile away. We have just returned from a great vacation at Gulfcrest, pools are great, condo was very nice with comfortable furnishings. Jon was excellent to work with and we will only rent from him in the future. I'm terrified of heights but the view from the 10th floor was amazing, and I adjusted very quickly. We are already planning to return.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Although this condo is stunning and the location is wonderful, the place was filthy when I arrived. There were hairs in the beds and towels. The showers were dirty and the floors also left your feet black for the entire trip. I would have enjoyed my stay more if I didn't have to scrub the showers and clean the sheets and towels upon my arrival. Apart from the lack of cleanliness, however, the condo was completely gorgeous. You can't beat that view from the balcony!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We rented this condo with another family and both families were happy with the condo and the amount of room we had. Great location, too. Within walking distance to quite a few different things including shops, bars, restaurants and fast food. The room and property were clean and the renter was very friendly and helpful. All adults and kids had a great time. Would rent again and would recommend.

The condo is very spacious and has plenty of seating inside the living area as well at the large deck. There was a new sofa, loveseat. and a large dining table. Large screen TV was very nice and there was a TV in every bedroom. My children loved the bunkbeds in the wall...... However. this condo is in need of some major cleaning. On our first day at the condo we had to go out and buy tub cleaning supplies as well as floor cleaning supplies. The floors and tubs were filthy. The countertops in the kitchen were dirty as well. The bottoms of our feet were completely black and my childrens socks were all ruined. The carpeting was all stained and looked extremely dirty. It is in need of being replaced or cleaned. The washing machine did not work and a gentleman finally showed up on Thursday to repair it. (the 5th day of our stay) The towels reeked of cigarette smoke and not being a smoker I found it very discusting. There were only 4 towels per bathroom. We had brought additional towels for bathing (thank goodness). Gulf Crest itself is very nice....the elevators are very quick and we never had to wait for very long. The pools appear very clean and they seem to maintain the pool and deck areas quite well. The ladies in the office were friendly and helpful The beaches were just beautiful and the view from our balcony was great. The location is wonderful..there was an amusement park for toddlers right accross the street and lots to do within walking distance. We would stay at gulf crest again, just not at this paticular condo.
