  Booked this room through Jon for our college spring break. He comes off as very "private" (did not give his phone for me to call which initially raised concern) which I understand but all of my questions were answered via email (calling is just quicker). The entire booking process was however seamless. Gulfcrest offered us an excellent location (close to clubs, bars, and restaurants), view, and relaxation. The security on site was strict, which makes sense considering college spring breaks in PCB can be wild. The middle of the week "check up" was a little surprising yet got us to keep the room clean. The room itself was awesome for the 8 of us who stayed the week. Did not expect it to be as big and nice as it was, the pictures don't do justice. Overall we loved the room and resort and will definitely be staying back hopefully in this unit next year. Highly recommend staying at the Gulfcrest and booking one of Jon's many rooms at a price that cant be beat.

  Our condo blew us away! The location, the ocean view, cleanliness, furnishing, and ambiance. Very good service from the agency as well. Big bang for the buck! The pool was refreshing and the hot tub was relaxing. Will be back next year. Who said you have to spend a lot on a good vacation?

  I guess it DOES matter who you rent from. My advice to other families that are planning a vacation: use a reliable agency and always discuss all the questions you might have. I’m a very detail-oriented guy (let’s put it nicely, lol). A friend of mine recommended Emerald Coast Destinations as a good business to work with. I tried and I can say – the guys are good. I’ve got exactly what I wanted, for a good (and I mean it) price. Our condo was spacious and clean, with plenty of towels and linens for a week-worth stay. I personally liked the flooring and the TV set in the living room. My wife loved the balcony and the ocean view from it. The kids were ecstatic about the bunk beds and the pools. Will try to come back to PCB again and use the same agency.

  We spent three fantastic days at Gulfcrest, with our three young daughters. Our room had unbelievable views and a property has a huge pool which was great for the children. very clean room, bright and fresh. The staff was incredibly nice, always looking to ensure that we were having a great time, from our check-in to our departure. We enjoyed eating at Hummerhead Freds and Mexican Grill. We like to try out local dining places. It was cloudy when we got there but next two days were sunny which was perfect for us.I would recommend Gulfcrest to anyone, for a romantic getaway or on family vacation.

  I have read the reviews for this unit from previous guests, all had a different experiences. I recently stayed in this condo for the first time and I just want to tell you how pleased I am.Very nice complex,located on the beach and close to some famous restaurants. Unit is spotless, huge balcony,great view. Very comfy beds furnitures, flat screen TV. I like to cook dinner for my family and kitchen is equipped with all the supplies. The ice-maker was not working when we arrived but the rental company was quick to resolve this issue. Thank you guys for making our stay so wonderful.

  Gulfcrest is a very beautiful place to stay. The condos are so clean and updated it made for a nice relaxing stay. The condo is on the beach and the view was absolutely breath taking which made the stay even better. Our condo was very clean and really nice. The beds are great. It was a very busy week but the pools were never over crowded and the beach was great!!! Thank you VRBO and Emerald Coast Destinations Rentals for helping us...

  Our recent stay at Gulf Crest Condo was amazing, family had really good tome. Condo is very nice as it shows on the vrbo website photo. Clean, comfortable and very well kept furnitures. Enough towels in each bathroom and other supplies. We would recommend this condo to everyone, you will enjoy.

  The condo is very nice and spacious; however, there were some minor cosmetic blemishes. The light covers in the bathrooms have been darkened by heat and time that emanates great lighting if you want a romantic shower, but a little dark for daily use. The trim and some wallpaper needed some touch up, as well as the paint on some of the chairs in the unit. I will say that the maintenance and appearance of the Gulf Crest facilities is wonderful. One pool was down for re-tiling and resurfacing but the other one had been recently completed and was wonderful. The rest of the facilities were excellent.

  Our family visited Panama city Beach recently and we had such a wonderful time.The condo was exactly what we expected. . Everything was perfect. Last year we rented condo through different company and we arrived office was locked, no one was there. Nobody told us we had to pick up our keys from different place.After driving long hours with small kids,believe me you dont want this kind of surprises This time we rented with Emerald Coast Destinations and this was very easy this time. You will be given lockbox number, you dont have to wait for someone. Parking passes is already in room. What a easy procedures, very impressed. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation and we will be seeing you guys next year again.

  We arrived after several hours of driving in what we hoped would be nice clean condo but rather we found just the opposite. The place was filthy. There was margarita salt left on the kitchen counter tops, I'm assuming from the previous renters. The floors were completely nasty with potato chips left under the kitchen table and fruit loops in the living room floor. The bathrooms needed a major cleaning as well. The closet doors were falling off their hinges and so were the shower doors. We had to go buy our own cleaning supplies just to feel like we could even stay there for the week. There was even a hairball in one corner of the kitchen, yes, the kitchen! The following morning we wanted to cook breakfast in so when we took out the pans there was hardened grease still left on them so decided to take all the plates, glasses etc and run them all through the dishwasher. We were very very disappointed in this unit and strongly do not recommend it.
