This beautiful house is located inside Lake Cumberland Resort. This gated community offers everything you need for a relaxing and pleasurable stay. It offers a community pool, a restaurant, and country store. With onsite gas and its own boat ramp, heading to the water has never been easier.
The house is set up as a duplex. There are two separate units. The larger side is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit with a full kitchen and family room. The master bedroom has its own bath and a private deck off of it. This side also has its own laundry facilities. The other side is a one bedroom, one bathroom unit with a full kitchen and family room.
There is a wrap around deck that connects the two family rooms(sliding glass doors). The unique feature of this house is there is an adjoining door that makes it a three bedroom, three bathroom spacious house.
