We are centrally located one block off North East Broadway - one of Portland’s most popular main streets which features a Safeway, Starbucks, a post office, the Lloyd Center (Portland’s oldest and biggest shopping mall), several ATMs, a number of major banks, some of Portland’s most popular restaurants, and the area’s largest concentration of movie theaters are also near by.
The Kinley Manor Coach House Caters to business people, guests from out of town, people on sabbaticals, extended stay travelers, board, or professional retreats. We are located five minutes from downtown; ten minutes from Portland State University, fifteen minutes from Oregon Health Sciences University; and about 20 minutes from the airport. The Kinley Manor Coach House can also serve as your home base and gateway to The Columbia Gorge, Multnomah Falls, Mount Hood and the Oregon Coast.
The Coach House is very close to major bus lines and blocks from the Lloyd Center light rail Max station, which is also located within the downtown Fareless Square area. You can walk or take a free short light rail ride to The Rose Quarter, the Coliseum, and the Portland Convention Center.

Wow-what a great 'home-away-from-home'. Great location, quiet tree-lined neighborhood, and friendly owners. If we ever return to Portland, we're checking for a vacancy here--without even seeing what else there is..it's that good.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

The Kinley Manor Coach House is located quite close to public transportation and the MAX light-rail, which gave us the access to Portland we were looking for. It is a beautifully appointed dwelling; very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen that allowed us to prepare meals to support a gluten-free diet for one of us. The owners are incredibly helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They also suggested we attend the weekend Public Market downtown, which gives a great flavor of Portland artisan culture. All in all, a fabulous stay at a lovely place! Thank you!!
