NOTE: IF A UNIT DOESN'T SHOW OCEAN VIEWS FROM THE LANAI OR FROM INSIDE PICTURES, IT DOESN'T HAVE SUCH VIEWS. COMMON AREA PICTURES ARE THE SAME FOR EVERYBODY, SO DON'T ASSUME SUCH ARE UNIQUE TO A PARTICULAR UNIT -- LOOK FOR LOCATION AND VIEWS!! WE ARE LOWER VILLAGE, DOWNSTAIRS, GREAT OCEAN VIEWS AND LANAI, VERY PRIVATE LOCATION, "QUIET POOL" OUTSIDE THE CONDO, STEPS TO THE BEACH AND PAVILLION. MAHALO!

The good is that this condo is in a very nice location near a quiet pool just 1 minute away, and has a perfect view from the lanai of the ocean and sunsets. The decor is getting a little dated but okay. The bad is that despite sending the owner email and talking to him on the phone he hasn't returned our security deposit. Since it was just my wife and I, and we left the condo with no damage or problems, I do not recommend staying here because of the no security deposit return and no response from the owner about why we haven't gotten it back.
