  This home was beyond our expectations!! This was our first Vrbo we will never go to hotel again.Me & my husband & our 2 poodles we enjoyed our privacy very relaxing the house was very clean. feeding the cows were awsome. We would denfinitely recommend this beautiful home to anyone. Cindy was great!! Denise & Brian

  This was our first VRBO and I must admit that I was a bit nervous going into it. We had a party of 12 (2 families aged 72 to 2). It was a wonderful experience and I don't think we will every stay in a hotel again! The home was beautiful and the pool setting and back yard beyond our expectations. The extra security fence for our toddler was an added plus for us as were the cows, deer, sand hill cranes and turkeys! Cindy and George were very accommodating and gracious, meeting us after our late arrival. Our only error was that someone accidently hit the heat for the pool so our propane bill was more than we had anticipated..... We hope to get back to New Smyrna Beach and this wonderful home again soon! Thanks Cindy & George for a wonderful, relaxing, BEAUTIFUL stay!

  My family & I planned a surprise getaway for my mother-in-law's 60th birthday. The description, the pictures, & the reviews made it sound like the perfect place....and it was! The owners even played along with our surprise. There were 12 of us that stayed here, & we had more than enough space. The owners have everything you can possibly need & more, just take ur clothes & personal hygiene items & you are all set! We were in love with the landscaping of the home, very beautiful & well maintained. We fed cows & deer, & saw tall cranes walking in the backyard. Considering the entire time we stayed was raining, we still had a wonderful time. The pool is heated, there's many games & movies to stay entertained with. Lord knows we didnt want to leave! We definitely want to make a yearly tradition of vacationing in this home because, I kid you not, it was so perfect. We're already planning when the next dates will be!   This house was my first vacation rental ever. We had 9 people stay in this home and it was very comfortable. The Owners and cleaners were very nice and made you feel right at home. Its definitely a home that i would look into again for my next vacation. Everything listed in the description is accurate and you may even get more than you bargained for!

  Our family (and 2 bichons) had the privilege of enjoying this beautiful home in May 2006. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful this home and property is. Cindy was great and very friendly and accommodating. She was very sincere in making sure we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place to anyone. I'm so glad to see that Cindy still has her home available to rent. I hope to return for another great vacation in the future. Please do not hesitate, believe me you won't regret it!

  I LOVE this house and the location was so peaceful and quiet. My whole family agrees this was the best vacation we have ever had ! ! ! I felt like I was staying in a 5 star resort. Beautiful surroundings inside and out ! ! ! Cindy goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy this home. When we arrived we had goodies waiting for us and she even came over and took care of doggie Klaus when we went to Universal and Sea World. It is so convenient to the beach and shopping,restaurants and the movies. We enjoyed it so much we are already planning the next time we can come back and stay in this glorious house.

  After spending a week at Disney World, this house had every amenity that we needed for a much needed relaxing week. Cindy greeted us & was extremely friendly and hospitable and made us feel right at home. She provided us with great information and was always available when needed. We made a new wonderful friend and I was sad to leave! The house is as beautiful as the photos show and more. We found it very secluded and enjoyed our privacy! Everyday we enjoyed feeding the cranes, deer and cows. We too are from Ohio and never thought we'd be feeding cows in Florida! The pool was awesome, including the hottub. Our 5 & 7 olds couldn’t get enough of the pool. The beach was beautiful and was only about a 10 minute drive away. We did eat at Blackbeards and found the food very good including the bucket of warm cinammon rolls. The house was very clean and decorated very nice. The landscaping was amazing! The singing deer head in the garage provided us with many laughs also. We had a party of 8 and never once felt cramped, very spacious. We can't wait to come back next year! I would recommend this house for all ages! Thanks Cindy, we look forward to spending time with you next year!!!

  My family stayed here from July 17-24, 2010.....Cindy made us feel so welcome...House is absolutely what pictures show...Beautiful!!! Words really cant describe this house. We had cranes in yard everyday, deer one evening, and the girls loved feeding the cows!!!...Picture that come from ohio to feed cows in florida. Short drive to ocean, weather was perfect....when didnt go to ocean hung out in pool...Was an awsome week!!! Cindy was always just a phone call away a truley wonderful lady!!!   My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the home, especially the pool/jacuzzi area. The home has a beautifully landscaped yard and is tastefully decorated. The home is convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Cindy is terrific and gave us lots of good information on the area before and during our trip, which was appreciated! We had a great time!

  The owner was very accommodating and the house was clean and bright. The pictures of the house are exactly what you get. It is a quiet, relaxing setting just minutes from the beach action. Our family would recommend this rental to anyone.
