Come to this beautifully appointed, newly painted, Condo on Lake Martin and enjoy the lake lifestyle. Approximately 30 minutes to AUBURN FOOTBALL games, 45 minutes to Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, 1 hr to Taledega, 1 hr to Birmingham. 2 condos available for those with larger groups.
Sleep better than at home on the all new beds, mattresses and bedding. Master bedroom has king bed, satellite TV, private master bath with jetted jacuzzi bathtub/shower. Access to balcony. Second bedroom has new queen bed, mattress and bedding. Third bedroom has new bunk beds, mattresses, bedding, twin and full. Perfect for up to 3 kids.
Relax in the living room which has big screen, flat panel TV with cable channels and local channels as well, DVD player provided. Perfect for watching other football games while staying for AUBURN GAMES. Two comfortable couches will make you feel at home for sure. Private balcony with 4 chairs and table is perfect place for reading a book or eating meals.
Full kitchen has coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, service for 8 and all other amenities you'd wish for. Kitchen has beautifully tiled slate back-splash and white bead board cottage look under bar with 4 stools.

Year Purchased: 2005
Gary Parisher and Tim McNair - We own several properties in the area with the primary focus of providing our renters with the perfect mix of great rentals at a great price. Our rentals are always furnished with everything needed to satisfy the renters and instantly make them feel at home. All the extras are included like internet access, free expanded cable, all the normal kitchen appliances/cooking tools, linens, Flat Panel TV/DVD player, top of the line mattresses and bedding. In the years we've rented properties on the lake, we still have yet to have one customer who was anything less than happy with their rental experience.
Why the Owner Chose Alexander City
Renting this condo on this section of the lake has great advantages. As the condo is located just off Hwy 280, you are conveniently located to Alex City and a quick drive to Auburn. Many locations on the lake are miles away from the main travel artery of Hwy 280 and getting places can be difficult. This condo is also a golf driver's distance to River North Marina where you can gas up your boat or even rent a boat. You're about 5 minute boat ride from Wind Creek state park, a super place to hang out for the day and park your boat on the beach.

My family and another couple stayed at the condo over Memorial Day Weekend. We loved having a floating dock to have our boat available at all times. We went boating, fishing, and swimming everyday and had the best time. This condo is PERFECT for family getaways for ALL ages!!!!!

This condo is wonderful for anytime that you need to get away and relax and clear your head.It is very clean and feels like being at home away from home, they have made sure that you have everything you need except for your food!! The owners are wonderful to do business with, they call to make sure everything is going ok, let you know if you need anything to please call. You don't get this kind of service or satisfaction anywhere.. I am very pleased I love this condo, and plan on coming back more and more!

What a beautiful place!. Nicely decorated and plenty of room. Nice to find a place away from home that is as comfortable and relaxing without the hassles of everyday life to bother you. Very quiet and clean place to spend a few days away. Lake Martin is the best!

The condo is beautifully furnished and decorated, very comfortable, and extremely convenient! We stayed a week and had a wonderful time. Even when things got busy for the holiday weekend, the complex stayed pretty quiet and peaceful. The kids loved the pools and stayed there anytime we weren't on the lake. We had a great time!

I stayed at this great condo for a few months while working in the area, it was a fantastic experience. The Condo was clean, well furnished and had a great view, I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay on wonderful Lake Martin. Great landlords and easy to work with.
