  Nov 28, Dear David, We had a great time at Kiahuna in unit 74. You have done a beautiful job in the renovation of it. I especially liked the kitchen with the long counter and open space. We are all readers, so appreciated the lighting as well. We were lucky with weather and the family did the Napali hike to the beach (2 miles) and the kids went on to the waterfall while my husband and I hiked back to the beach and waited for them.

  We just returned from our 7 night stay here and we have to say it was a fantastic trip. The condo was fabulous with wonderfully large windows on 3 sides letting in the evening breeze. The view is killer and is exactly as shown in the picture. We had three other families with us so we each hosted a meal. The unit held our group perfectly and after eating the kids played on the lawn out back/front. Kihuna hosted a kids game event where all of the kids played Hawaiian games for 2-3 hours right on the lawn so we could watch them from the balcony. Great fun! The stock of boogie boards, sand toys, snorkel gear, umbrella, etc was great and much appreciated. We enjoyed swapping our books out the with the great library in the pantry. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We're looking forward to next year!!! Thank you to the owners for offering such a wonderful place to stay.

  Another great stay at Unit 74! The view from this unit is fabulous. The airflow is especially nice as there are windows on 3 sides. It is spacious and well equipped. Little touches like coolers and cold packs available for use are extra nice for day trips with a family. What a treat to enjoy the views also from the master bedroom and bath. This was our second stay in this unit and it will be our first choice when and if we are able to return to Kauai! Mahalo for letting us share your beautiful beach house.

  This was our 7th trip to the islands, the 3rd to Kauai, and this was by far the best location and nicest condo we have ever stayed in. The sandy beach right in front of the condo is the best all-round beach for the March season. It was calm enough that we could snorkel, yet picked up in the afternoon for some very fun body surfing & boogie boarding. This was the first time we have encountered rainy/windy weather the entire week of our stay. We were so glad we were in Poipu, because even though the weather was stormy and the ocean was rougher than usual, the sun & blue sky always came out above our beach and we were able to swim for hours everyday. The condo has been nicely updated and is very clean and fresh smelling. The beds were comfortable & the unit was fully stocked with everything from kitchen utensils to boogie boards. We were told by staff that this was one of the best maintained units in the entire complex. The ocean view from the unit is spectacular! It sits just high enough that you can see the ocean from both the upper and lower lanais (unlike some of the other units in this complex), yet the ocean is close enough that the waves put you to sleep at night. There are excellent restaurants and shops across the street from the unit and they have recently opened a new center about a mile away with more shops and restaurants. We rarely ventured out of the Poipu area this time, other than making the quick trip down the road to Koloa for our daily Ahi fix at the fish market, yum. We hope to return to Kauai & stay in this condo again.

  We have been coming to the Kiahuna Plantation for over 20 years.and this is our favorite unit for vacationing with our family. Quiet central location with great ocean views and a grill right out the front door. Open modern kitchen and tastefully decorated interior. Welcome basket waiting for us on arrival so we could start enjoying Kauai fruits and other treats right away. Midweek and move-out cleaning fees included in rental price. Owners were organized and very easy to work with. We enjoyed new Living Foods Market and Merriman's for lunch. A great vacation experience.

  We stayed at the Kiahuna Plantation condo from Nov 4-10/2008 and loved every minute of it. The condo is so tastefully decorated, clean and inviting. Plenty of space to keep from tripping over each other with a lovely kitchen, living room and lanai to share evenings together. The grounds, beach and swimming pool are all excellent and Kauai is a jungle paradise. I would recommend this unit to anyone and hope that we get to visit again someday soon.

  The kids loved the easy walk to the beach and we had great sunny weather every day that we were there! The beach right out in front was the best place along the whole coast for our kids to swim in and it was still an easy walk to Poipu Beach park to see the seals and turtles! Your condo was perfect for our family - we loved all the boggie boards and having a washer/dryer and wireless was a huge help! We went on the Kauai ATV tour, the Blue Dolphin Napali Coast tour, and took surfing lessons out front-we can't wait to come again. Your place is wonderful!!

  What a beautiful place! My family and I stayed here for four blissful nights, and we didn't want to leave. The condo was spacious, comfortable, beautifully appointed, and had fabulous views of the ocean. The location was perfect; it's just a short walk to the beach yet the condo felt wonderfully private. We were happy to discover the sand toys and boogie boards in the closet (thanks for thinking of everything!), and I loved the convenience of being able to do laundry in the condo. It was also great to have a wireless network so that we didn't have to go to the office to check email. We've already recommended your lovely place to friends, and we're hoping to plan our next visit soon! Thanks again!
