As you walk into the palatial 24 foot great room you are drawn to the balcony and the majestic view of the pools, beach and ocean below you.
Our condo is located in the Margate Tower of Kingston Plantation and has 3 bedrooms, a large, fully equipped kitchen, 3 baths, a full size washer and dryer, and sleeps 10. Kingston Plantation is a one-of-a-kind lush landscaped resort with a five million dollar sport and health club, several wonderful restaurants, as well as a lazy river and splash pool for the kids. It's everything you want and expect from a luxury condo.
While you are relaxing at Kingston Plantation you will think you are worlds away from the hassles of every day life, in reality you are minutes away from Myrtle Beach's Restaurant Row, the unique shopping experiences of Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlet mall, The Carolina Opry , the Alabama theater, and so much more. If shopping and theaters are fine but you want to hit the links, you are just a short drive from over 100 of the countries finest golf courses.
It's all here at our Kingston Plantation condo and it's waiting for you. Myrtle Beach is easy to get to, just a day's drive from most eastern and mid-west locations. The near by Myrtle Beach airport is serviced by several airlines. The weather is great all year long.
Booking Information: A 50% Deposit is required when booking. The remainder of the Rental Fee is due 35 days before the first rental day. Until Booking is confirmed, the rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, more then 31 days prior to the arrival date, there is a fee of one nights rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less then 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.

Kingston is within minutes of "Restaurant Row" and several golf courses. You will enjoy watching the sunrise without having to get out of bed! The hot tub, pool, and beach are all within minutes of our third floor oceanfront condo. It really does have it ALL!

Hello, Our names are Dennis and Hannah. We are retired school teachers who fell in love with Myrtle Beach back in the 1970's. I love to play golf and have knocked it around at most of the courses here. My wife loves to walk on the beach or read a book on the balcony overlooking the ocean and Apache Pier. Just returned from a most wonderful week at this gorgeous condo! The pictures on the site do not do it justice. The rooms are amazingly bigger than they look and are more beautiful. This condo is FULLY furnished and clean, clean, clean. All the big, thick towels you could use, lots of linens and cookware big enough to prepare a meal just like if you were in your own kitchen. Every kind of utensil imaginable. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Two of the bedrooms have private baths and then a third big bathroom as well. The third bedroom is much larger than it appears in the photo and has a beautiful entertainment center with a tv. There is a large laundry with nice washer and dryer. The owners went out of their way to make sure everything was convenient for us. I just can't say enough good about this place. I can't wait until I can visit there again!! Love, love, loved it!!

We always come to Myrtle Beach every summer and we must say that 304 Margate is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. This HUGE condo was very comfortable for our family of 5. Thank you for letting us stay at this beautiful ocean front condo.
