Margate Tower - Myrtle Beach, South Carolina Vacation Condo Rental Relax in the luxury of a beautiful, 3 bedroom, oceanfront condo located in the magnificent Kingston Plantation at the North end of Myrtle Beach. From the moment you open the double entry doors to the condo you realize the uncompromised elegance of this beautifully furnished and decorated 2500 square foot condo. As you walk in and experience the 24 foot great room you are drawn to the balcony and the sweeping view of the pools, beach and ocean below you. Our condo is located in the Margate Tower of Kingston Plantation and has 3 bedrooms, a large, fully equipped kitchen, 3 baths, a full size washer and dryer, and sleeps 10. Kingston Plantation is a beautifully landscaped resort with a five million dollar sport and health club, several wonderful restaurants, as well as a lazy river and splash pool for the kids. It's everything you want and expect from a luxury condo. While you are relaxing at Kingston Plantation you will think you are worlds away from the hassles of every day life, in reality you are minutes away from Myrtle Beach's Restaurant Row, the unique shopping experiences of Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlet mall, The Carolina Opry , the Alabama theater, and so much more. If shopping and theatres are fine but you want to hit the links, you are just a short drive from over 100 of the countries finest gold courses. It's all here at our Kingston Plantation condo and it's waiting for you. Myrtle Beach is easy to get to, just a day's drive from most easter and mid-west locations. The near by Myrtle Beach airport is serviced by several airlines. The weather is great all year long. Booking Information: A 50% Deposit is required when booking. The remainder of the Rental Fee is due 35 days before the first rental day. Until Booking is confirmed, the rates are subject to change without notice. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, more then 31 days prior to the arrival date, there is a fee of one nights rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less then 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised. Check In Times: 3 P.M. Check Out Times: 10 A.M.
