If you visit 711A, you will not be disappointed. Updated kitchen with all new cabinets,counter tops and appliances. Freshly painted throughout with all new furniture with a slight nautical décor. You can't go wrong choosing our unit as it is one of the nicest in the complex!

Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club is a Resort style complex with all types of amenities. You will have Gulf front views of the beautiful beach from your private balcony and the views of Little Lagoon from your bedroom window. Our one-bedroom, one bath unit could be your perfect vacation spot.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with all of the conveniences you would ever need on vacation. The living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper, 27-inch cable TV, CD player with stereo and a DVD/VCR combo. The bedroom has queen size bed and a small LCD TV. The balcony is perfect for relaxing and listening to the surf while enjoying the beautiful gulf views. You can even watch the dolphins swim by in the mornings.

We have a washer and dryer for your convenience. The unit is about 600 square foot, which we feel is perfect for a couple or small family. We also have a keyless lock, so no keys to keep up with during your stay. We will assign you an entry code once payment is received.

The landscaping is just beautiful! Lush palm trees and flowers surround the large pool with a rock waterfall. The children's pool is steps away along with a hot tub for the adults. Charcoal grills and picnic tables by the Lagoon are perfect for grilling out by sunset.

The complex also has two lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and so much more! For the boaters, we have a boat ramp and two private piers, one with boat slips. ACROSS THE STREET there is 100 feet of our private deeded beach with a covered Gazebo for our guests. All this and just a short distance from downtown Gulf Shores, you will find endless restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. You cannot beat this Deal Anywhere in Gulf Shores!

  • We just returned from Gulf Shores and are already talking about when we can go back. This condo was very comfortable. We enjoyed purchasing fresh seafood and cooking dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. Panoramic view of the Gulf from the balcony was gorgeous. The beach was not crowded at all and only a few steps from the front door. Pool area was exceptionally beautiful, and having lighted tennis courts was a plus.

  • Kathy and Brian are the perfect hosts. Our experience with their property was outstanding. We loved the area and in general find the southern USA to be most welcoming and a great place to LIVE. Our experiences in the south really challenge our decision to remain in the north. For those who have not tryed it, DO IT and if you go to Gulf Shores, try Kathy and Brian's place.

  • What a lovely condominium! It is beautifully decorated, and quite comfortable...all the comforts of home! I would highly recommend this unit for a couple on vacation. The property is well kept, and has a variety of activities to please. The view of the gulf from the balcony is spectacular!
