This brand new condo has a spectacular view of Little Lagoon with incredible sunsets over the water. Floor to ceiling windows throughout the unit give beautiful views of the lagoon and side views of the beach. The beach is just a short walk across the street. Private beach access is provided for your convenience.
Enjoy dining on your private balcony which can be accessed from the master bedroom and the living area. This spectacular water-front unit is decorated with modern high-end decor. Four flat-screen televisions are provided for your viewing pleasure. DirecTV service, dvd players and wireless internet service will make your stay more enjoyable.
The master bedroom has a deluxe king-size bed and a beautiful bistro table where in the spring thru fall seasons you can sit and watch the sunset over the water. The second and third bedrooms have deluxe queen-size beds and floor to ceiling windows with views of the lagoon and the gulf.
