Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$1,100/week (JUNE SPECIAL - 21st thru 27th - $900/week)
Reservation is confirmed when deposit and signed rental agreement are received.
Cancellations with minimum 30-day notice will receive refund,less 15% of deposit -
if we are able to re-rent the property for the same period.
If unable to re-rent the property for same period, prepaid amount is forfeited.
Cancellation with 14-day or less notice will not be eligible for refund.
Two week rentals or longer are preferred
Deposit of 50% of the rental fee required to hold reservation.
